    DBT is so helpful for those who have ADHD. Therefore, assisting those who have it to create structure and routine.

    This video came at the perfect time. I found your videos last year and they helped me feel comfortable, knowledgeable and safe enough to recently find a local DBT therapist to help guide me through this. I have had an entire lifetime of lacking structure and routine so this is one of the first things the therapist and I are working on.
    Thank you so much for these videos, Dr. May. They have been a very important resource for me.

    Outstanding! I believe this was one of the best. I strive to live within a healthy routine for BPD and it helps tremendously controlling moods ,and symptoms .Great job.
