    Does the patient use ALL 7 letters consequitvely? Like in one session they spend 5 minutes on each letter, or do most people simply choose the letter(s) that work best? In my case it would be the activity and sensations.

      You don’t have to use all of the letters. They are just options you can use for safe ways to distract yourself. Pick the ones that are right for you and try new ones if you choose.
