I was a gym girlie for a few years. I lost my weight and had areas I wanted to strengthen and tone. I was weight lifting consistently for 2 years with very little progress. I found Baileys channel and I usually don't like home workouts as it's hard for me to focus, but I can't remember the last time I went to the gym.. maybe 2-3 times this year? The progress Bailey has given me is incredible, in only a few months I toned my legs and glutes more than I ever did with weights at the gym. I am officially a Bbfit Pilates girlie!

Not only that, I am also doing multiple workouts these days. Yoga and living in the mountains has definitely helped me gain strength and this is proof that if you keep going, there is nothing you cant achieve. My endurance level has increased by a 100 percent. Just keep going guys! You're strong and unstoppable! 💪🏻 P.S. The secret is to keep showing up. Maybe 10 minutes today, 20 tomorrow, 5 the next. But you just show up for yourself! ✌🏻
Thighs are my weak spots, it's difficult for me to slim them down but your workouts help me a lot! I have cellulite and high impact exercises get the situation even worse while these mat-based toning exercises seem to be more gentle on my legs ❤️ lately I've been doing your workouts on a daily basis and my boyfriend told me yesterday that I look leaner and sexier 💞💞💞💞 thank you Bailey, love your energy

With the help of God, first of all, and this wonderful girl I managed to lose a lot of fat in the outer tighs area in just 5 days.I did this workout 2 times a day without diet(i eat fried food, sweets, chocolates, chips, I drank juice, i eat at night) and my outer looks a lot slimmer. Is short, but so intens.
The best! B’s workouts are so effective and just hit the sweet spot of not too easy and not too difficult. This is why I can commit to a regular regime x
At first I was laughing and smiling: in the end I was sweating!! Effective and refreshing! When I'll catch my breath I'll add the classics too (the 5 min workouts I do every single day lol)
I do love your pilates and I do them daily. I did have bulky legs and tights and can see the results of leaner and more sculpted legs. It s consistency and I do work out at the gym -mostly cardio. But your workout is the one you need before work , warming up,waking up and stretching the muscles . Feels amazing without the fatigue or feel shattered.I do appreciate 🙏, keep it up, with your talent ,you help people around the globe

I loved this. During this work out, aside from my thighs being hella lit, my shoulders were burning/hurting while I focused on my ab tucks & thigh workout. So for me, I would like to focus on my upper back fat & shoulder strength for future work outs.
