I’ve been on the carnivore diet since March. I had my woman’s yearly appointment in August, my yearly physical with my internist in December, and a different doctor’s appointment last week.
Every one of them had only one word to say about the results of the three different blood tests, and that was “Perfect”.

Isn't that amazing! My normal Primary Care physician hasn't been a fan of this diet. When I showed her my bloodwork at the beginning versus 90 days later, she thought I brought in someone else's, because she said it's truly a different person. Haha, even with the proof in her hands, I can't convince her how amazing this really is.

Thank God that I just found your channel. This video answered so many of my questions about the Carvinore lifestyle. Especially about "cheating." On all the diets I've been on, once I deviated I NEVER stuck to it again. Started strict Carnivore July 2023 and by November had lost 35 lbs. Dreaded the holiday season coming up. The only thing I had to have on Thanksgiving was cornbread dressing. I had a serving spoon portion and knew this diet was over. No cravings the next day. On Christmas, 2 alcoholic drinks were my cheats. It's amazing that I have no cravings. I'm 80 years-old and have never felt better (only low back pain left). Now I have to convince my doctor to decrease or stop some of my medications (CHF in April 2023/3 stays in hospital/March & April). A low sodium diet was horrible and lasted less than 2 months. Stumbled on Ken Berry's channel and he probably saved my life. I'm at a stand still on the weight (45) but am down 4 sizes. What you say in your video is how I feel too. Keep the videos coming and I'm going to go back and watch prior ones. Thank you both.

Hi Cindy, thanks for the comment and it makes me really happy you enjoy the videos. Kim is so amazing at filming and editing these!! Yes, Kim and I plan to do more carnivore meal videos and we'll always throw in an update about how I'm doing. We're also planning on doing another video/interview in 90 days to see how I did with my new body fat % goals. Our goal is to be clear and authentic with it. If I don't make my goal, we want to talk about why we think that happened. And if we see anything negative creep into my bloodwork, we'll share that as well and discuss our thoughts about it.

Congratulations, good work! It's odd to say, but I LOVE the strictness and restrictiveness of eating carnivore. I'm at the 22-month mark now, and the more I narrow the number of things that I eat, the better I feel. For the past few months I've been at the lion stage; ground beef, striploin, butter, salt, and water. I am ALWAY satisfied after eating this. Rarely, I'll pop a chicken in the air fryer, but while I am eating it, enjoying the crispy skin, I think, "I can't wait to get back to ruminant beef." I'm 75 and have reversed a lifetime of illnesses, some quite serious. I am convinced that the vast majority of bad health is caused by wrong diet and malnutrition. It is so nice to have a sharp and clear mind, to drive with confidence and have quick reflexes, to no longer have any diagnoses, to no longer take any medicines, and to look forward to healthy years ahead, none of them in an old folks home being fed Ensure. I'll never go back to eating those nasty plants!

Fred, you're amazing! 22 months and gong strong is a great testament to what this way of living can do to people. I've noticed that since I began, I haven't been sick at all, not even a minor cold. I have 4 kids, so the crap they bring home from school can run through our house pretty quickly, but I haven't been susceptible to any of it. Keep it up... you're an inspiration to me!!

Thank you for sharing that you had a positive experience cycling on and off carnivore for special occasions. I have such a struggle with my family with my Keto diet; the issue with my daughter especially makes eating anything but SAD in her presence causes her to get really angry. Now I feel safer to start it (when I have a few months when I know I won’t be traveling to see them) and can cycle on and off a bit. Or if I fall off the wagon completely and have a slice of Grandma’s cake once a year. I was nice to hear your verification that flexibility is possible.
I am already a size Small, so I want to do this for health and not weight loss. And to be an example to my overweight family members. Wish me luck and high flying!

I can relate. I was so worried the first few months that I would fall back into old habits if I cheated at all. I eventually planned a specific cheat meal for my birthday, which was the middle of March (75 days into the diet). We went to my favorite pizza place and I just let myself cut loose. I even had a chocolate brownie for desert. It was awesome and the food tasted so good. My tastebuds had definitely healed during those first few months. What I discovered was amazing. The morning after, I felt great. I felt lean and didn't have any extra cravings. I was able to cycle back on immediately and didn't have any problems. I learned that if I can stay disciplined when it's in my control, it's okay to vary from the diet on certain occasions. Have a mindset to be back on the next day. I've cycled on and off over the last 6 months and have probably been more like 80 carnivore. Even without the crazy strictness, I've been able to maintain all my gains. I still believe that being more strict is better for me, so I've begun again for 90 days to see how many more gains I can achieve. Good luck to you and feel free to reach out anytime!

Carnivore has healed so much for me! I started off carnivore in hopes to reverse my fibrocystic breast masses that have built up over 6 years eating half a dry skinless chicken breast piece a day with half cup of broccoli and little bit of wheat noodles. We are told don’t eat very much meat- so the world is almost vegan just about. I would eat red canbbage too- cooked it and ate cabbage about 3 times a week. That was about it. So I was mainly chicken, broccoli, and little wheat noodles. So from age 40-46 I started getting all that “aging” health issue mess- and the fibrocystic breast “disease” started and kept building up! When I hit age 46 I was done with it! The fibrocystic masses were getting me scares- and I started getting huge painful breast cysts too! One was around 2” long and 1” wide! Docs would say, “we don’t know what causes fibrocystic breasts disease” and “fibrocystic breasts is now normal because everyone is getting it” and “fibrocystic breast could turn into cancer” and “there is nothing you can do for fibrocystic breasts” and “diet doesn’t cause fibrocystic breasts!” I was gaining weight too and by summer of 2022 I hit perimenopause at age 46 and got every symptom you could think of. My joints were hurting too, no sleep at night, dizzy at times, it was ridiculous! I know it had to be diet! Little did I know that all the other health issues I had all my life, in addition to this mess listed above, was all due to diet!
I went searching online and found the truth of my fibrocystic problem! Found out cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and asparagus) are all cruciferous veggies that block natural iodine absorption found in foods! And if you become depleted in iodine it messes up your thyroid which controls all- even hormones! And all organs need iodine including breasts! They swell if you are deficient! And I read these cruciferous veggies can cause cancer due to lack of iodine in body since they block absorption! Bingo! We are all being told to eat cruciferous veggies, that they can prevent cancer, and to eat lots of it including broccoli!! But in fact they are causing cancer and I truly feel it is causing all the fibrocystic breast cases that have been escalating lately that we are seeing! When I post about this and ladies write back saying they too had fibrocystic breasts, I ask, “do you eat cruciferous veggies, especially broccoli” and they all have said, “YES!”
I did more research and found carnivore! I Jumped right in! In 6-8 weeks I lost 45 pounds! My perimenopause reversed! In fact don’t even get PMS symptoms and my cycle is perfectly paced! And so much more reversed that I started writing it down! And yes, my fibrocystic breast masses shrank!
I share my progress because I want people to see how carnivore can heal so much and most of these things are commonly healed for many, not just me! I want to help and this is how I do- by sharing. No I am not paid to do this, I just want to help people see and be aware of what carnivore can do!
I do update this list as I have been on carnivore (more lion diet version) for 1 year and 4 months now. I feel this has helped so many decide if they should try carnivore. I always say go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry- my three most favorite doctors. They are truly amazing! I call them my carnivore doctors! ☺️
    * No more perimenopause- completely reversed!
*Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself!
    *No more night sweats
*No more waking every 2 hours at night!
*It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast!
    *No more life long eczema
*No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea)
*No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm
*No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
    *No more brain fog
*No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows
*used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more!
*Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight.
*Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing!
*Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well.
*Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 47 and look like I am in early 30’s.
*Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me.
*No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach!
*Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup!
*no cravings unless they are for meat
*no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago.
*No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around.
    * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller.
*feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 90 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that.
*Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights.
    * no more body odor!
    * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much.
*I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that.
    * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things.
*Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing!
*no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing!
    * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too!
*Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before.
*Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides!
*I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone!
*I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore.
*My teeth look more white on carnivore.
*My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome!
*i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone.
    * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 12 months.
*the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry!
*little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance!
*The top inner corner of both my larger toes have felt a little numb for years. Never had it diagnosed. But being 1 year on carnivore I no longer feel that numbness! My nerves have healed in that spot on both toes! Crazy!
*My slightly receding gums behind my center bottom front teeth have rebuilt so gums all over are super healthy! I have flossed daily for years, but gums look even healthier!
*my skin on my face isn’t as oily as it used to be.
*My hair used to be super oily if not washed daily, but carnivore has regulated my hair so I can now go days without having to wash it- doesn’t get oily after one day like before! (Newest update added!)
So there you go! ☺️ I hope this helps people on their journey to fins out what works for them! Carnivore is working for everyone that tries. Go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry! And go visit Kerry’s channel at Homesteadhow! We love him too! ☺️

Jennifer, this is such an amazing story! What an incredible transformation. I didn't have a large amount of known or noticeable ailments, but I'm still surprised at how I still discover new improvements as my body continues to heal. For me, it appears that all my hormones and general body functions have become more increasingly balanced. Pressure has been taken off my heart, my circulatory system, my respiratory system, my joints, etc. etc.! You should consider recording your story as a video and uploading it to your UA-cam channel. I would love to see and hear you tell your story! Thanks for opening up and sharing so much here. It's these types of stories that really inspire so many people.

Bob, we had hoped this video would answer some of the basic questions people may have when considering and starting this way of eating. My responses and experiences are very authentic and I know that this is a life-changing thing. Most of us guys can relate to overworking, eating for convenience, and using our last bit of energy for our kids and wife. I wish I had understood this lifestyle when we first started having kids. With very little preparation, this way of eating is easier than anything else. I used to eat fast food more than once a day. The excuse was that I didn't have time to cook, but the reality is that I became more and more addicted. The carnivore diet broke those addictions pretty quickly. Just by eliminating those processed foods, I felt tremendously healthier and finally gained some control over years of bad habits. It's never too late to start. Thanks for watching and for the nice compliments.

Thank you for this video! I fluctuate between carnivore and keto, and i truly feel my best on carnivore. Every single thing that was wrong with me improved, the most surprising was my sex drive. Previous to trying this (this is something I didn’t even know) I had ZERO sex drive-the fact I have a child is amazing. I just thought I was defective in some major way. I was morbidly obese, pre-diabetic, I had high blood pressure, severe eczema, joint pain, excruciating joint/back pain, not to mention the MENTAL effects such as severe depression, ALL of this improved dramatically. I lost 70 pounds in 2 months (Disclaimer, I was going HARD keeping active), eczema 90 percent cured, depression actually MANAGEABLE, no longer pre-diabetic, lowered blood pressure significantly, joint pain NON-EXISTANT!! Also I felt STRONG. I was doing physical things I never could have before. Just eliminating the garbage in our diets makes a huge difference, let alone this. I thought it was INSANE when I first heard about it. It was Jordan and Michaela Petterson who got me excited. It helps with depression??? Yeah, sign me UP!!! Honestly my only struggle with it is I am a horrible cook, but I’m working on that. THAT can be rectified. I wish I did this years ago.

Hi Vicki. I did Keto and had amazing success, but I also couldn't sustain it. Too many options and too many "keto" cheats. Carnivore worked for me because I kept it simple to 4 foods. Plus, the fattier diet is so much more satiating, so I'm never hungry. If you truly do carnivore for 3 months, it will change your life forever!!

    3.5 months in and I'll
Never go back! My hair stopped falling out, my big skin crusty leather section on my elbow completely cleared up after 12 years of no progress or help from dermatologist.
I finally lost the pouch below
My belly button. As a 49 yr old man that's the hardest thing to get rid of. I've never been able to get rid of that pouch no matter what I've done my entire life! It's gone and. I've got a shocked 6 pack. People talk about the shape I'm in when I'm Not around!
I still cheat with about 3 oz of carbs once or twice a month. No big deal except now my body is so sensitive I can detect foreign substances in my body within an hour. It's crazy how sensitive my
Body has gotten in many ways.
Also I've not slept more than 5.5 hrs in over 12 years. I'm sleeping mostly 8.5 hrs now which is insane.
My early night best of fatty liver is vanishing! Checking cholesterol next month as well as my liver fat%..

Justin, you are amazing and I can relate exactly to everything you mentioned. I'm also 49 years old. I run into people all the time who haven't seen me in over a year and it's fun seeing their shock. Yes, if you're 3.5 months in, don't stop! Even after a year, I still notice improvements in my health. My skin keeps getting better and my muscles keep recovering more quickly. I haven't been sick since I started, not even a minor cold. My sleep keeps improving. I never get the little injuries anymore that always seemed to plague me.

One thing I just wanted to note. I used to use a CPAP as it was bad. Got deviated septum fixed 10 years ago, taught self to sleep on side or even stomach at times. I just started using mouth hypo allergenic mouth tape. My sinuses are clear and works Great as keeps my mouth from naturally opening as I sleep so minimal to no snore. Just thought I would share as found by accident.

Congratulations!!! You don’t have to be perfect. Eliminating or restricting sugar, grains and processed foods is very important. However, some people cannot moderate and it’s simpler when they are strict. Also, the more metabolically challenged you’re, the better results in eliminating or reversing those conditions when you’re strict.

Great and informative video. Amazing commitment with amazing results Jason. I really didn't know much about this diet. It is so interesting to me that you talk about feeling more spiritual on this diet as I know so many so-called vegan and vegetarian "Yogi"s" who only believe that you can be spiritual by not eating meat. Interesting thoughts on this. Thank you!

Thanks for the comment. It's hard to explain, but I feel more motivated in all aspects of my life. Maybe because I have more energy, and my mind is more clear, I feel more drawn to know and understand God better. I've been religious my whole life, but feel a stronger need to know and serve him.

    • @SpaandTell
      @SpaandTell  6 місяців тому +4

Hey friend I didn’t even think about the spirituality concept against the vegan mentality. You are absolutely correct. Sometimes I think with discipline we do grow closer to God because we have less in our life dominating for attention, such as food options 😂 vegans might feel similarly from their approach. Perhaps they feel more spiritual too because they commit to a restrictive lifestyle (correct or flawed 🤷) and this brings them a sense of peace. I think commitment and discipline could be the true caveat motivating or increasing the ability to spiritual. Idk, I was just thinking about your observation and trying to think about the overarching concept that would connect these similar feelings amongst people doing completely opposite scenarios. 😘😘😘😘

      -5-10 peppercorns

Thank you for sharing! It is great that you support each other. Great example for your children. Great job.
I think the Mrs. should try it for 30 days. 😉 It really does help all the female hormones!
I have been doing a modified carnivore diet as I all of a sudden started having a lot of issues ( thought it was “the change” at 54). However, it ended up being gallbladder/liver issues that started as thyroid issues.
All of my symptoms, a laundry list of diagnoses by doctors, all came in within 8 months. It was insane! I ended up having a gallbladder attack waiting for my Abdominal CT scan. It was horrible! My gallbladder was a balloon! I seen my NEW Doctor who ordered the scan the day after. He did bloodwork. Of course the first thing they want to do is remove it! I said no, I am going to fast for 2 weeks. I received my blood work 2-3 days later and my liver and kidney test were off the chart. Mind you I could not keep the dye for the test down. I did get 1/2 of it in, but I ended up 🤮 within 15 minutes. I couldn’t drink anything even the next morning. The fluid was stuck. I just started taking baking soda water. So I was dehydrated. I had blood in my urine. It was scary! When I did get my bloodwork it was high I said I am going to keep doing baking soda water ( FYI, anyone that gets test with contrast should do baking soda water before to protect your kidneys UNLESS you have extremely high BP) and I was going to do carnivore. I also decided to get my ultrasound asap instead of waiting to fast considering they were so high. I had to wait a week for my ultrasound. The night before I googled to see how long I had to fast to get the best results. It said 12 hours for the liver to completely empty. This was important to me because I had a 2.5 cm lesion on my liver in the CT.
I also read that eating high fats causes gall bladder to squeeze. After my ultrasound I immediately ate a high fat meal carefully. I didn’t go crazy. It did work. I was getting my bile flowing again. I learned we should be doing a stick of butter a day! I gradually increased it to tolerance. I have SIBO so it was difficult managing everything.
I watched a ton of carnivore videos and I ended up doing high fat carnivore. Found a lot of tricks to get fats in ( deviled eggs -warm helped a lot). My new blood worked showed a huge improvement however still high with liver enzymes. Kidneys were showing dehydration due to the baking soda and sadly diarrhea. I had to drink Gingerale to keep my stomach calm. I did eat potatoes as well to keep nausea at bay. I increased my meat significantly along with butter. I am at 3 weeks. Not perfect carnivore as I had to eat fruit to replace digestive enzymes. I still nausea from liver enzymes. However, I did lose a few lbs of fat but I am gaining muscle. Muscle memory is real! I am not focused on weight loss right now. My gut is all messed up from SIBO. I have hypothyroidism and an aortic aneurysm. I have high blood pressure as well as high cholesterol. All is from my gallbladder not functioning. My doctor was shocked within a weeks time my lesion disappeared on my liver and my gallbladder only showed gallstones no ball shape ( inflammation). My enzymes decreased by 50%. He tested again after 5 days and just my AST and ALT are normal high. Everything else is normal. I focused on getting my fats and meat in. I cheated a day or 2 . I did a liver gall bladder flush.i removed over 200 stones. I also removed the fungus that caused the SIBO. People live on antibiotics to treat SIBO. I refused to take all meds. No pain killers for degenerative joint disease, cholesterol or high blood pressure. I am going it through diet. Thankfully my new doctor and my cardiologist support that. The biggest thing is keeping my blood pressure under control due to the aortic aneurysm.
I am really interested to see if that can be reversed or improved with carnivore! He is going to do a one year follow up.
Once I removed the fungus that caused my SIBO ( I believe) I have not had any gas or great BM. I do still have loose BM but not diarrhea. It is going to take time for my body to regulate. From this video I too will probably stop dropping weight quickly once my body is balanced!
    Awesome video!

I love your story! I’m using my husband’s lap top so it has his name. My name is Patty. I was so tired of the rollercoaster ride of up 30 down 30 pounds. On December 5 my stomach was swollen like I was 6 months pregnant and I was miserable so I fasted for 70 hours and then started carnivore with committing for 90 days. I lost 10 pounds in the first 7 days including the fast. I made it through the holidays with NO cravings and I feel unbelievably energetic and in control. Right after Christmas my husband decided he would join me. My husband is a type 1 one diabetic since he was 7 years old so I was so excited that he was going to join me. The changes for him are almost unbelievable he is using 40% less insulin and his blood sugar has been completely stable. We have always lifted weights and lived an active lifestyle and believe we will continue carnivore for the rest of our lives. Thank you for sharing your story it reinforces exactly what we are experiencing in such a short time.

Hi Patty! You and your husband are amazing. Getting through the holidays is difficult, and especially doing a 70 hr fast!! My blood sugar stabilizing was the most notable change in the beginning for me as well. It helped me have more consistent energy all day. The changes for me came really fast, and even after a year, I still feel like I notice things healing. I haven't been sick at all since I started, not even a minor cold. I lift weights as well and I haven't had any injuries from that or doing anything else since I started (I'm kind of injury proned). You're 5 weeks in now. I'm super excited for the things you'll notice over the next 5 to 10 weeks!! Let me know how it goes!

Thank you. When I eat processed or foods high in sugar, my joints swell and can even ache. It's really noticeable in my hands and fingers. They look fat and feel tight. I can feel it to some degree in all my joints. When I cut all that food out and only have fat and protein, this inflammation leaves within a few days. All my joints loosen kind of like swelling going away. I can even see the difference in my fingers. They look leaner and I'll start seeing more definitions. Too much inflammation in me causes me to feel tight and weak.

Add in lots of fat, butter, beef broth, tallow, or some kind of rendered fat. 👍 It burns fat, moisturizers the body, and gives you a ton of energy. I've been carnivore for 5 years, and every summer, I add in local fruit to help with my energy as i am outside hiking, sweating more. When i increased my fat, i used butter it really changed everything for me. You can also add in electrolytes if you are ever feeling fatigued.

I was pretty tight for the first 6 months, and the second 6 months I was probably 80% carnivore, cycling off and on. I've found that I can have the occasional cheat meals and not get ruined, but I've also found that I'm happier and feel so much better when I'm very strict on carnivore.

Carnivore for over a few months. I have IBS, SEBO and artritis on my tailbone. This was so bad that I was not able to site more than 5min in a car on on a chair .. I was always a sportive person and professionally busy with sport . But Anyway I had problems to keep my wait , muscles and had a lots of bowl problems. The first thin I lost was my artritis, this was 90% gone after 4days of meat only . The SIBO and IBS are not totally gone, but much better . Am not a doctor, but for sure it’s helps me . I love vegetables and fruits a lots and sometimes I go overboard on them ( and the problems coming back in less than 10min , I learn and know now that the make me feel bloated, swollen and gives me a lots of problems.

    Wow!👀👀 Jason’s story and mine are a mirror image…
    1) 47 YO, Start carni 01Jan23 after watching many yt vids. Dr Baker was my go to guy and all his interviewees. They have powerful stories.
    2) start 250lbs by may 190lbs and maintain ever since.
    3) started with eating all animal products but found red meat and eggs and sausage is best. I’ve given up bacon about 1 month ago (I think the sugar for curing is alot more than what the label says)
    4) sleep and libido greatly improved..girlfriend thought the problem was her…it wasn’t😁. How about your dream state??…I have some of the best/wildest dreams. Haven’t dreamt this much since I was a kid.
    5) I did consume zeal electrolytes for about the first 3-4 months then just weened off. I did experience some loose stools but they didn’t last long.
    6) salt…how’s your salt intake? Do you just absolutely crave it? If I try eating meat without it, my tastes buds and body give me a reality check…where’s the SALT!!!
    7) experimenting. Yeah I try eating other foods but like #6 topic my tastebuds and body are like “what is this shit?..you better be chasing this with meat or eggs” they say😂
    8) alcohol. Only thing I’ve found that I can enjoy and not get headaches or gut rot is Carbliss ( black raspberry is my favorite) I went overboard one night at a street music fest and the next day my eyeballs just ached to no end. Not sick, no headache, but eyeballs just ached! Never have I felt that…ever!
    9) bloodwork difference from you was I fall into the LMHR category. LDL when from 120 to 250.
Awesome journey and excellent vlog. Best wishes in the new year to you and your family!

Wow, you're amazing and it does seem like our experiences mirror each other in a lot of ways. It's inspiring to hear stories like yours! I do use a lot of salt and I do feel the craving for it if I haven't used enough. I've learned to make so many variations of hamburger meat, eggs and bacon. I love it all. I grill steaks a lot, but recently have been slow-roasting tri-tips and having shredded beef for days. I also use a lot of butter with everything. I don't drink alcohol, so that hasn't been something I have experienced on this diet. My dreams have improved, but not to the level I think they should be. My sleep has definitely improved. I rarely use ambient and my cpap is now at its lowest pressure setting. I expect to be off both this year. Keep up the great work. Let me know how it goes over the next few month!!

Any time I test, having some food item that is not carnivore, I'm off kilter for at least a week, sometimes a month (in this case it was some Haagen Daz chocolate ice cream at a birthday party). I've given up experimenting because I feel so good that any temptation just isn't worth it. Your mileage may vary.

Hagen daz is my favorite too. It calls to me 😂 but crazy after using the Semaglutude in 2023. My sweet tooth and desire for treats has drastically diminished. Now it’s easier for me to stay 90% meat 🥩 with this reset

Hi Fred. I can relate. I've found that when I'm really strict for a while, small cheats like ice cream don't affect me at all. It's when I do it multiple times in a short period that it catches up quick. I'm with you, it's simpler and I'm happier when I stay strict on carnivore.
