BEST 12 Minute Stretch - After Exercise (Running, Soccer, Basketball, etc...) (Best Quality)

- Welcome to version 2 of the best stretching routine you can do after exercising! We hold every stretch for 25 seconds and have a 5 second period to move into the next stretch. I recommend you do this 3 or 4 times a week after you finish exercising. Doing this will reduce soreness, increase range of motion, and reduce potential for injury. Feels good. Got so much sweat after doing this static stretching, just finished two games of basketball for so long. Hopefully it lessens muscle pain when I wake up tomorrow.
I practice soccer/football 3-4 hours a day and this helps so much with removing soreness in my legs
I use this every day before I go to bed its great
Only do static stretching after a workout. Stretching cold muscles is extremely bad for you

I would not recommend doing it more than once a day. Three maybe four times a week is all that is necessary for this stretching routine.
