I pulled a muscle in my hip, and I knew I had to be stretching before playing so I searched and found this video, great help and prevention from pulling muscles.
All these warm ups and stretches really make your body feel looser rather than tight helps you with turns and reactions where your muscles are warmed up and ready to go, essential before games as well as other stretches 🙌🏾
I sprained my ankle last year December and it took 4 months to heal. I chanced upon this video and practicing, I unlocked some good feel in my ankle though I still play football regardless.thanks, man.
That's incredible progress, my friend! An ankle sprain can be a real setback, but it's inspiring to hear how you've persevered and worked through it. It's all about patience, dedication, and a relentless spirit to keep pushing forward, no matter the obstacles. By practicing and staying committed to your recovery, you've not only regained strength and mobility in your ankle but also unlocked a newfound confidence on the pitch. That's the spirit of a true champion! Keep listening to your body, keep nurturing your ankle, and keep playing the game you love with passion and determination. Your resilience is a testament to your character, and I have no doubt that you'll continue to shine brightly on the field. Keep believing in yourself, keep chasing your dreams, and keep inspiring others with your journey. You're a true inspiration, my friend! ⚽️💪
But how do i muster up the courage to do it in front of 10 people Edit: Didn't knew I'd get this many replies. Thanks for the encouragement guys, I did those exercises a couple of times when I was warming up
I'm 41 and never did any of that in my 20 years of playing football. I just turn up and play for an hour every week! However I now have a groin strain. I am out for a good 5 weeks. I physically cant run. I am finally going to start warming up before matches. If you are younger and one of those "machines" who never gets injured or sick...start doing these now!
Mate nice warm up. Thanks heaps. Guys and Gals...it may look strange? but are injuries worth skipping this? I did half the dynamic warm ups here and still managed to strain my adductors during a tabata session. If you're training hard...warm the fck up...time off from training sucks....pain from injuries sucks... DOMS from a hard workout? 5 mins warm up? SO WORTH IT. This stuff is applicable in all sports, including resistance training.
I’m 18 and just started playing about a month ago. I really enjoyed this video! My fiancé and I do these stretches every time we play and it feels great!
I just done this warm up and everything was crunching for the first 5 , I mean EVERYTHING - feet, shoulders, knees... and then crunching stopped once warm. Great warm up, I’m a little out of breath.
Thank you sir I'm watching this in 2024. I just want to say that warm up is really important from my own experience. ESPECIALLY it helps to boost up my confidence and stamina a lot....
You're very welcome! I'm thrilled to hear that you found the video helpful. Remember, each small improvement you make adds up to big progress over time. Keep practicing, stay committed, and you'll keep seeing those results. If you ever need more guidance or have questions, feel free to reach out anytime. Keep up the great work! 💪⚽️
I tore both my MCL and ACL two years ago and i took me almost two years to recover. Now im back to playing football but idk what warmup exercice is best for my knee to prevent an injury, especially when shooting the ball.
Great video to help youth soccer. Especially becuz I’m a Mom and if I were to be doing that out on the soccer field to teach my son, would look kinda ridiculous. 😊
I would definitely recommend this for rcoverey as well. If your thighs are soar, or ur hamstrings these definitely help. I know today when I got back from tryouts my whole hamstrings and top of thighs, close to my growing right below my hip, felt very stiff and soar. Before you do this I would recommend rolling out your muscles first, that way u increase the amount of stretching on your legs. I know if I'm going to get a cramp in my leg, I force it to happen. Trust me it will be a hell of pain but as soon as its done the stiffness, and soarness will almost be gone, then you can probably do this quick warmup shown above. Take Care
@@Hooomanzzzzzz "Wake up, kid" You're dumb. Doing this can ACTUALLY damage your neck. In car accidents for example, if you had one and you didn't do fast neck rotations, you'd have a higher chance of not breaking your neck. If you do the opposite, your neck will break and move like flowing water.
Just thought I would pass on my thanks to you. I have returned to playing football after years out. And have been using your video every week for the past year to warm up. I have not pulled anything thanks to you.
@@krazyboimaina I play with guys around 5-10 years younger than me. My brain isn’t as quick as it used to be. But I think the warm up and warm down is crucial to ensure you don’t do harm to yourself. I’m in my 40’s so do feel a bit achy the day after. But so worth it.
Im in my late 30s. Still play soccer at the park with guys my age and younger. Piece of advice to you young guys. Warm-up properly, and dont ignore your injuries. My knees, ankles, feet are always in pain. I believe its from not warming-up properly, not treating injuries properly, etc.

Let's be honest, reasons why most guys don't warm up properly (especially me atm) is coz the warm up tires me out haha
Amir Khan exactly. dynamic warm up is nothing but the intense warm ups get me tired
Yes You you must increase your stamina
Thug Life Maker whats best way to increase stamina for football do you think?
+Nabil Shah thanks
Yes You if warm up tires you out then you aren't fit and you won't be able to perform well during the game
doing this before the game then I won't have any cramps

You don't do neck rotations fast it can damage you neck, the are meant to be done slowly!!!!!!!!!!!!

And knees only one movement hinge joint like wise the neck no rotation.
doing slowly is for yoga... and this is not yoga ,its football .wake up kid...
