What are you trying to focus to activate on those exercises or their purpose to the performance of the players? Thank you so much!
Backwards resistance is one of the lowest risk, and efficient ways to stimulate the hamstring and develop muscles around the knee
@@a.meeeezy9576to add to what you say here, it also improves the brain's ability to understand the movement and make sure you're stabilized when moving in an uncommon way. These backwards exercises are consistently involved in goalkeeper training but often overlooked until higher levels when playing outfield.

Today i did it 2 hours before training
I'd say this to be done before you start warming up with the ball before match. It is only really 10mins of a warm up should not get taxed after this.
