Breton Cookies | French butter cookies

60g egg yolks
120 g icing sugar
130g semi-salted butter
200g A.P. flour
Yields 24 cookies

Made today these cookies with semi-salted Lithuanian butter, very very tasty, yamm! Thank you for this recipe, Nicky, this one is perfect for beginners like me. will try other recipes too, just need some equipment.
