Ingredients (20 Cookies)
100 g butter
60g sugar, two pinch of salt
1 egg, some vanilla extract
Cake flour 100g, almond flour 120g, baking powder 1g
1 egg yolk + 1 TBSP milk
Remove butter and eggs at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat the oven

Thank you for the recipe. They came out very good. The only suggestion I would make is swap the vanilla for some lemon zest and maybe a teaspoon of the juice and or some lemon extract. They could totally benefit from the acidity and the brightness of a citrus touch.

Did you use the Almond Flour with......Cake Flour? or
All Purpose Flour?
This is a great recipe; the use of cake flour really helps spread out the use of the almond flour, the dough chilling helps them from flattening out too much. The cute design and egg-wash makes them look like adorable loafs of bread.
Can you plz tell what is cake flour means here ? Is that cake mix or all purpose flour ?
@@baljendersanghera3863 Cake flour is like All purpose flour but it is specifically formulated to make fluffier baked goods rather than gluten-filled breads. It's often sold right next to All-Purpose flour.
Feel free to Google cake flour vs all-purpose for a better explanation.
If you have cake mix that you don't mind possibly wasting, you could experiment & try using it instead of cake flour, but where I am, baking supplies are scarce, so I'd rather just make the box cake as directed.

You could google to see how much baking powder you could add to all purpose flour to in fact substitute it for cake flour.
