On a serious note though.. It's always been because of culture. Throughout human history it has been proven that the culture of Whites and Asians have, on average, lower crime rates. Even if going through hardship and bad economical timeframes. Such as the Great Depression in the US, for a quick example.
Now, take a peek at places like East Africa and pay attention to their historical lows and crime rates, especially during economical hardships. Then, expand your research to any place that is ran by people who care more about race/domination/power, rather than making a society which cares for one another and works together to create a strong culture and economy.

"Most people don't pursue a life of crime because it's fun" is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard a grown human say. I've worked with hundreds of career criminals in the past that were murderers, car thieves, ex gang members pimps and god knows what else that they didn't talk about. Every single one of them did it because they thought it was fun and easier than working a full time job.
It's pretty easy to work a full time job.
I've never been a criminal but I've observed them. Their maturity level is frozen in adolescence. Eventually they get caught and incarcerated. They may victimize more people in "woke" states but eventually they will be locked up.
In prison they join gangs that have laws they have to obey or they suffer consequences. Gangs don't gaf whether it's cruel and unusual punishment.
Prisoners usually have to work a crappy job that is assigned to them for low wages, like 5 cents an hour.
So to sum it up, a criminal will ultimately have to do the exact same things as everyone on the outside but way shittier and having to follow even more rules.
my brother, who's 33, has had opportunity after opportunity handed to him on a silver platter and everytime he chooses to be a liar and a thief instead. it's absolutely mind boggling, but I think it's because a stable regular job means people have expectations of him and he really only wants to do what he wants to do.

The fact that some criminals enjoy committing crimes is so foreign to people like Jessica. It really shows how privileged and protected she really is. I had people screw me over for less. My husband was jumped by group of random men and stabbed 4 times on the streets of Seattle for a gram of pot and old sneakers.

If you can't use the defense that someone was underage when you gave them alcohol and you didn't know they were underage, or you didn't know a certain law and thought it was ok when you broke it. Then you shouldn't be able to use the excuse that you had a rough upbringing, or that your parents were mean, or you got bullied, etc. Because even if you had a bad rough childhood, you still know that car jacking, murder, theft, robbery, etc is bad and against the law.

Why is the poorest White majority community in America safer than the wealthiest Black community in America?

Why are poor black communities so victimized by violent criminals? By your logic, there should be no criminality in poor urban black communities like in Chicago, Baltimore, DC, Brooklyn, Washington Heights, and New Orleans. The urban poor in those communities suffer from violent crime far more frequently than the wealthy white urban enclaves do. According to all available data, the socioeconomic status of the victim has no relation to their likelihood of being the victim of a violent crime. Only their proximity to a diverse urban population.

Isn't it ironic that she thinks you need to reduce crime by providing poor people resources, yet she is unconcerned that two sets of children have just been condemned to progress in life without their fathers, the greatest resource they ever would have had.

The thing that bugs me most about incidents like this is that even if you were legally armed and carrying, then defended yourself and were acquitted of all charges, you'd still be on the hook for your legal fees. Kyle's law should've been taken up by Congress to actually protect would be victims of crimes from prosecutors that will not hold actual criminals accountable, but will charge people defending themselves and assail your constitutionally protected rights.
I always wonder in these situations that if there wasn't this fundamental flaw in our justice system, that we'd have less criminals willing to commit such heinous crimes.
Congress is too busy trying to impeach everyone to care.

The victims are the sellers of whatever product you are pirating, effectively stealing profits that the sellers would have gotten from you actually buying the product. Even if you couldn’t afford it at that moment, you could have eventually gotten the cash to do so, but by pirating it, you have no reason to actually buy and support the product that way (Unless you live in a place that never offered the product in the first place. At that point, the seller didn’t lose anything.)
The consequences of this are a massive under cutting of profits for the seller depending on how many people choose to pirate their stuff, which can easily lead to a seller’s financial downfall if the amount of pirates is great enough to the point of preventing the product to make more than what was spent to create it. But as far as I am aware this hasn’t happened yet, but I worry what will happen of the general public all decided to hop onto the piracy train.
