  • In this video I discuss a story of a so-called Karen at UVA who turned out to be completely innocent. I explain how an activist managed to use her racial privilege to ruin this girl's life & how even now 3 years after the incident & 2 years after the full exoneration the victim is still suffering the consequences

      You're essentially promoting a scam if you support BLM. It's public information that the owners have stolen millions of dollars from the company. I can't agree as the movement and ideology are not the same thing. I don't put political anything on my stuff as that never appealed to me. While the severity may be up for debate, there is clearly a significant amount of racial bias that goes in with policing. To me, a large issue is that activist used the wrong people as martyrs and there are bad actors that abuse the passion of people with good intentions. This carried out with people rallying behind the wrong "victims" of police violence and the public display of shitty people wrecking areas that sabotage communities and ironically hurt more POC in the long run that are locals.
      Agreeing with the idea that black lives matter and upping police accountability imo is good as there are bad cops and some are shitty to you regardless of race. But I'm not going to martyr a rando guy that did dumb stuff and unfortunately died from it. There is nuance to this stuff if we don't jump to extremes. And I think MOST people on either side are going to be rational in a discussion, but extremist make it hard online.

    • @orppranator5230
      @orppranator5230 Рік тому

      @@LBK978 I agree that police need to be held to account more, but I disagree that there is a racial bias in policing.
      Police are tyrants plain and simple, and picking on poor downtrodden minorities is easier than wealthy white people, even though they don’t have the race card up their sleeve. Even so, possibly because of the race card. once you account for both the population and crimes committed, police on average take harsher action against white people.
      The reason the idea of a racial bias exists is because of propaganda from grifters. The founders of BLM recently got proven to be grifters by buying houses with donation money. They put out more propaganda, the more they profit.

    • @meistermalkav
      @meistermalkav Рік тому +8

      eeeh. Pressing charges is good and all.... BUt see the entire picture.
      you wanna put a cherry on top, right? claim that you were under the distinct impression that those people that surrounded the vehicle, and refused to disperse, were suicidal. That means, the police now is under obligation to see if runmning in the street, coming upo to a car, and keeping around a car is conmsistent with the trouble of not trying to kill yourself. a good way to get a hold of this, because that determination can only be made if a trained psychologist takes a look at you, and signs off on the fact that the girl is no danger to herself or others. She apparently likes to run into traffic with "gay abandon", so you are assuming sher is mentally deficcient, and a danger to herself.
      If the police disregard that warning, ask them at the trial, what precisely gave them the impression that running out in traffic, surrounding a car, and such are not clear signs of an intent to kill themself. Ask the police, what they would call it when someone tries to reach for their gun. are they familliar with the colloquial term "suicide by cop"? do they approve when it happens to them?
      Now, as for the school, the SECOND you have something like this happen to you, go start the fundraiser. You will want to press this in court. any and all mediation of this could lead to this young lady screaming her head off in a clear psychotic breakdown, so inb your own mind, you wanna help her by getting her the help she needs. I think, title nine would be sufficcient, as there was no help forthcoming from the school saying that the gender baserd discrimination ended. Why gender based discrimination? well, they would not have tried to do that thing if she was at the same weight class, and a man, right?
      As for suggested behavior, how about this?
      Sit in your car, put on some music, and call the cops. Mention that you THINK you saw several of them having weapons on them, so you are currently fearing for your life, yet you tried to de escalate every single step of the way. but the SECOND one of them breaks a window, or attacks you, you will be forced to defend yourself. THEY are outside, trying to get in. YOU are a tiny white woman, that is not familliar with liofe in the big city, but you don't wanna get brutalised. The police can eithzer come and give you an escort, but they better hurry, because thoise people don't look too friendly.
      See what happens.

      Yeah well.
      A dime store novel reads pretty predictable.
      A certain race pushes and pushes and pushes another certain race until that race pushes back, because enough is enough. And then comes the real story. The kind of stories that have sold millions of books. Fiction based on truth.
      So when people don't want to throw down the sword and move on, when there seems to be no interest to actually address a thing in such a manner that doesn't lead to open conflict - we come to understand how historically, many multiples of hundreds of millions of people have been killed over history.
      The really weird thing now is that some small but powerful minority of people think that they're actually an improved model morally, over anyone more than 3 or 4 decades back in history. While acting out and performing many of the same mistakes.
      It is true enough, that over time, going back perhaps a hundred years, many black men in America were falsely accused, went to jail and prison for a long time, some never did get out, some wound up on death row, and some were even executed.
      There is no way that this is a lie, or somehow fabricated. It really happened.
      Is the answer to such an injustice more of the same, only let's just flip the race?

      Can you prove that the people initially spreading this knew that it was false information and spread it maliciously in this case? The video itself says that she told people that she used the word speed bumps in a sentence, and that likely one of the protestors misheard her. So it would probably be very difficult to go after the people that initially made the accusations. But you can go after the people that kept it up after they knew that the accusations were wrong. Of course this is just this case, there are some other similar cases where you could prove that the person initially spreading the information knew, or should have known, that it was false and was doing it maliciously. You may also be able to go after Bryant based on what she has done since the initial event, I just think it would be fairly hard to prove that she knew it was false on that day, but it could be possible to prove at some point she did know.

So those groups who are walking on eggshells do not invite people from those minority groups to participate in afterhours activities, and they are not being included in co-worker friend groups more and more.
