    I discovered ur channel 3-4 years back I was in India at time ....love your videos as it covers everything.....and have recommended ur channels to so many of my friends.... Not doing yoga regularly from past few months got belly fat too cuz of sitting job.... M back nd would try to do it daily....thanks bharti again....😊😊

      Hi Renu, yes this one is a bit intense since it is targeted at weight loss. I would recommend doing the earlier videos in the series first of a few weeks and then coming to this as you become comfortable with the moves :)
