Today was my third day participating in this session, and it went really well. However, during the session, there were a few minutes where the instructor didn't provide any instructions. It was a bit challenging for me to keep up with the session routine without guidance during that time.

Day 1- I thought it was going to be easy but it isn't. Its perfect blend of yoga and workout without exhausting your body or racing your heartbeats. Before starting this, I completed meditation and pranayam. I am back to doing yoga after my periods so it's a little difficult. I only did till the first flow as my body was not ready to extend, however, I plan on continuing this for 14days atleast. Day2 - completed the whole yoga workout!! I feel relaxed and happy. It wasn't difficult to do once you decide you are going to finish this today!!! I hope I can maintain the 14days streak
I love this workout! Your voice is so relaxing. The thing I don't understand is why you stopped giving verbal cues during the stretch segment. I had to wrench my neck to look at the screen for visuals.

I was always criticise of benefits of yoga as it never felt intense enough for me. But I had a food poisoning and skipped workout for a few days and decided to restart with something easy. But I assure you, this wasn't easy. Did complete it in one go, but it took my entire will power😅
Its amazing but one suggestion that you could give instructions during stretches at the end of the video as again and again need to focus on your move more than mine just to see the move change. otherwise its fabulous I am just loving it , feeling fresh the whole day . thank you

First time doing this class. I can't hold poses with pressure on my wrists that long so I had to pause the video to take a few breaks but I made sure I got back to it. I will definitely work on trying to do this session without taking a break. Feeling great getting back into doing Yoga again. Happy holidays everyone!

Amazing I did all and last ankle rotation was the best becoz uli felt my ankle got relaxed after the stressful days and following ur videos for weight loss.
Akshaya please announce the exercise as you go last few exercises I kept on doing glute bridges while you were already in your cool down stage doing happy baby and spinal twists 😂😂😂. I get lost in the practice and often close my eyes so the verbal instruction really helps
I was doing good until the end, unfortunately the music kinda took me out of my concentration and i didnt know when the moves were changing. Otherwise, this is a great flow ❤️

truly a grt combo of yoga and pilates and the instructions were well paced. Just the last bit when doing last relaxing stretches there were no instructions. was absolutely lost as I was waiting to here for the instructions. But totally a fab workout. thankyou so much.

My only comment would be when I was with you squeezing my butt cheeks, swinging hips side to side, you went silent! You can do it! 😍 just a suggestion to do a variety of styles of different workouts in your routine. So you don't hit the boredom and so that your body doesn't get used to the same workout. Try all my workouts to see the difference. Good luck 🤞

Hii, I'm doing yoga from the age of 11 years on my own and I feel really good after doing it. And from last few months i started following your yoga routine that boost up my energy level with relaxation. But now from last year I'm doing job and because of it i can't able to manage timming in the morning. So I started doing it in evening so I have a question like I have my dinner in between 5-6pm and after that I take 3 hours break and then I start my yoga routine so is it ok for my health. So I request you to please make a separate video for what are the different timmings of the yoga and what should we eat before and after yoga. That's request from you. I really like your videos and I hope you will give special attention on it and solve this query. Thank you very much.

Had to take a break in between due to pressure on my palms, but then completed the whole 50 mins session. Gud session!!

Hi. What happened ? there s a whole part where there is no voice over ... so I lost track of the exercises :((( and the cahnges of music are not with the changes of poses ;) But i loved the practice !
