Ever notice that an exchange of applin is considered romantic in galar? Either this is a coincidence or Kieren is… *wow*
It'd be fun if they used these "name's Pokemon" ribbons for event mons, especially in 2026, with the 30th anniversary. They could do stuff like Brock's Steelix, Misty's Starmie, Lt. Surge's Raichu, Team Rocket's Meowth. Just delve deep into the history of the franchise (doesn't have to be Kanto, these were just who came to mind) and pair up iconic trainers and their iconic Pokemon as a celebration of the franchise.

@@DonaldPlays. Yeah! Not what I originally envisioned but I can totally see that, and it'd be pretty fun. Could make for some fun stuff like Rocket mons having a Dark Tera type, or even go the full TGC route and give Brock's mons the Fighting Tera type and so on

You don’t have to battle any of the special coaches or Blueberry Academy students to trade actually I was able to do that without battling any of the Blueberry Academy Students once and they will also count towards being able to invite more special coaches.

I battled them for the exp if not it would of been a waste since you gotta pay for them folks to come in might as well get the exp out of it

Fun fact for date reseting, if you turn the time back by 1 minute then it achieves the same affect.

@@DonaldPlays. that is unfortunate, although I guess it makes sense since we also aren't allowed to trade them shinies, or so I've heard, I know we can't trade them legendaries.
Also I just love how Kieran gives us an applin of all pokemon, either he's gonna feel awkward when he hears about Galarian traditions or we're gonna have to take it at face value.

I knew it was going to happen when it’s final update came in and finished the epilogue event I immediately went to blueberry academy and see yup they were those missing slots and got all 5 trades and I’m done kind of weird they locked this through a mystery gift event
The fact that it was a mystery gift was crazy. Might not expire at least which would be nice.
@@DonaldPlays. the only I think it will ever expire is when the next mainline pokemon game coming in but if it did pretty sure the homebrew community archived this event already but any purest no homebrew users they better get those 6 special pokemon in that mystery gift while it lasts
@@FukuritaMariko Yeah I agree! No end date has been confirmed so far as it is just a Mystery gift without a code but if it is a mythical, it contains a mythical, I'd imagine there would be an end date.

@@DonaldPlays. so just to clarify all i have to do if talk to the people I invite 3 times then do one battle with them and a chance to trade will appear with them
@@bowlerwildcatGaming1991 Yes, that is right. I was told after posting that you actually don't need to do the battles but I think it is nice to battle them once. I can't confirm but apparently it is optional.

This is probably a stupid question; but can you evolve the Eevee? Because I think it would be cute to have a Sylveon to match hers or a Leafeon which is my favorite and name her Penny

To trigger the battle talk to them a few times when they visit. They might say a few different things so just keep talking to them until they offer a battle. Otherwise they will just start repeating themselves and you can skip forward a day. Hope that helps! :)

@@Cloz1124 Yes invite and talk to them 3 times on 3 separate visits in total along with one battle. They will then offer to trade with you :)

No u miss something if u try to trade to orgepon or terapagos to kieran, the game wont let u trade it
Yes you are right. It might apply to all legendaries as well. Haven’t tested it yet though.

pro tip: instead of going a day ahead, go one minute before, it will still do the same thing. ;)

You don't even need to go a minute before. When you select change date and time don't change anything, just press ok. It will work the same way as going back a minute

You can give him anything but legendaries (not including the paradox ones, for some reason), shinies and something else that I don’t remember

Three invites is not definitive. I had to invite Arven FOUR times in order to trade with him.
Strange! It's always 3. Maybe you missed one of his dialogues on one of the visits?
I talked to him on every visit until he wants to battle me.
I had to battle them twice then when I invite them the third time they traded with me

Hey. I’ve found this online for you :)
Clavell is only available after you have completed the questline for at least three special coaches. You will know you have done this when at least three coaches have a gold ring around them. He costs 200 BP to invite each time, meaning you will need 600 BP in order to complete his questline. The first time you invite him, he will ask you to battle. If you win, you will receive the Clive Wig for your wardrobe.

Yeah. I think mainly because it is a rare Pokémon but we should be allowed to!
So I haven’t played it yet can you see carmine and Kiki afterwards now or do they disappear again ?
Good question. They will appear on different days each time your switch goes forward a day. It’s just like the BB Elite 4. Sometimes they will be there for the day and others they won’t. From what I gather it is random.

Good question. You’ll have to invite them each 3 separate times eventually you’ll unlock more of them. That’s how I remember it least. Have you got any of them with a gold ring round the character image on the invite screen?
