I finished this workout just now. It's doing wonders to my body after a gap of two months. Beginners MUST do these workouts instead of following and listening to their uneducated and inexperienced trainers of their gyms. Even in my gym trainers are not so professional.

The question I have is regarding the number of reps. As far as I know, the rep range from 8 - 10 is for muscle buliding and the rep range from 12 - 15 is for stamina building. Assuming that this intermediate plan is for muscle building, why are you suggesting 12 rep range for most of the workouts? Please do reply, I will be really greatful. Thank yu.
