I don't have such expensive set up but trust me my exercise sequence is also very practical and effective. Weight lifting is natural ability and depends person to person.some skinny guy lifts more than muscular guys. So it will depend on you completely. For bulking- 8,7,5 reps 3 sets For cutting - 14,12,10,8 4 sets

Questions... Is conventional deadlift not included in back workout? Where is seated machine rows? At the start of video, you have said that monday you do chest, tuesdays back, etc etc. So it means that you are alright with Bro- split technique? (Others encourage Push-Pull types etc) TIA
