    1)Bodyweight squats
    4 sets of 25 Reps with 45 second break between the sets
    2) Bird Dog Rotate/ Donkey Kicks
    4 sets of 10/10 Reps with 45 seconds between the sets
    3) Butt Bridge
    6 sets of 25 Reps with 45 seconds break between the sets
    4) wall sit
    6 sets of 45 seconds with 45 seconds break between the sets
    5)Butt Bridge rotate
    6 sets of 20 Reps with 45 seconds break between the sets!

    Guys this workout is superrrrrbbbb literally...
    I'm very upset with thigh fats and side notches, try everything but can't achieve sufficient result but after doing these exercise i got good result with in one week. I start my workout with single rap and increase day by day

    Hi actually I wanted to ask I have a thyroid problem n my doctor suggested me to do walking I daily go for working but I don't c any change I even do running not 1% change I have gain lot of fat on my stomach, butt, arms, n thighs.     U mention day 1 day 2 etc what does it means ? Is it means to do exercise for 1st day on 1st day and second on second day. Or if we can continuee our 1st day exercise for a week then how much time it should be continuee
