Thank you for the video. I felt practicing the kick at around 4:00 was a great way to learn how to use the hips when kicking. It'll help my kicking power as I practice it.

very good, we mostly did the kicks in one lane (in Shaolin-Tago & in Wushu training) and with every training this is part of the training...and of course some more kicks...thanks for sharing 🔥🙏 Amituofo
I used to think it was flexibility, but it's mostly strength of your supporting muscles you need. Obviously you can straighten your leg, and yes, you can lift your knee high. Why can't you do both at the same time? You lack strength and your body doesn't trust itself. Keep repping and it will come
Well I've been watching alot of Martial art videos like karate taekwondo and Shaolin Kung Fu and I've learned alot like tornado kick round kick normal kick and alot more mostly trading my body to be able to kick powerful and I think I will try push up and other so that I won't gain weight
