Lovely! Moving slowly through these but dedicated. I noticed that Day 5 made me feel so energetic all day, and I could hardly get to sleep - then Day 6 made me feel very even-tempered, and I had to take a nap after work! Amazing practices. ♥

Day 7 in a row done :) Loving it and energy created! Last time I tried a nabhi kriya I almost died ;) This was doable though still hard but good amount of time in poses. Loving doing this when I have sun streaming thru window. Thanks!
It amazes me how hard it is for me to keep my arms in a held position, I remember doing this growing up it was as easy as pie, when others were struggling. I always wonder how is this hard, now I know. #LearningHowToBlossom
Thank you for making me smile after each kriya! I have completed the Mental Health Challenge and loved it, nowit is time for some weight loss. I really fell in love with kundalini here. A few monts ago I went to try kundalini yoga and had no idea. I thought it was weird and missed the stretching like in Hatha yoga, but now everything has changed 😀

I love your videos Mariya! Thank you for sharing. The instructions are sometimes hard to hear, I turn it up quite loud but I think your voice is faint and not clear, especially when music is competing. I'm following through the 40 days nonetheless, thanks again for this wonderful offering!
Guru ji in your channel there are yoga to remove cataract or kidney stones...like of various diseases...but I have none of them...can I still practice those kriya for variations?
I love this program but As we move forward I am finding that I do not have the body strength for a lot of these exercises. Should I be starting with a simpler regime?

Allison M Mackie I find that she doesn’t suggest many modifications for different bodies, just assuming that what’s easy for her is easy for everyone. This is my one frustration with this otherwise really great series. You can always modify any movement or pose to be more possible for your body. For example when the two legs are lifted out straight, you can alternate by lifting one leg and then the other. Also it’s very normal to have your foot into the thigh instead of on top in the first exercise. Keep up the good work!
My foot was so sore when it was resting on my leg for the first move. I had to put it on the floor. Will it get used to it being in this position? Should I try more?
Sat Nam! Thank you for this class! I'd just like to share this with the intention of letting you know and not to criticize your class. But I noticed you did breath of fire in stretch pose. In our Manual, it is just supposed to be breath holds and mulbanddha. Also, I think you missed out on one more pose, a fwd bend with forehead down on ground, in the end. The kriya would be even more powerful if you had them. Sat Nam and thank you again.

All the core exercices are Really hard for me and I have difficulty doing breathe of fire in these position. Also I often feel tingling on my palate after breath of fire : is it normal ?
marie tranchet sat nam, yes it is normal as the body becomes stronger and the nervous system adjusts. Some people feel their whole body shakes as it releases the tension. With practice it will become easier and the tingling sensations subside. Hope this helps, blessings, Marita
how can one unite apana and prana and run one upward flow without losing it outside? how can one feel the current? if neccesary, answer me in private please. thank you!
Yogeswaran Rasiah sat nam. The kriya is designed to stimulate both the Prana and Apaña which is the essence of kundalini yoga. Only when both energies are cleared and they unite do we awaken body and mind. There is no upward flow and outside flow. It all meets and cleanses the nadis. Hope this helps. M
Be sure to enjoy the Bliss at the end of the meditation as long as you can! So wonderful! I turned the video off. I also read the comments before I do the practice to see what’s coming up. This one was very challenging at the beginning. Not at all “very easy” as Marita said. The body is adapting to doing new things. Make sure to make adaptations and take breaks.
Checking in. I have been doing each day. Day #4 was a challenge in terms of difficulty. I do feel more alternatives should be given. I think after today, I am going to begin doing each days Kria both in the morning and at night. I would like to find an embodied way to gather myself before bed. Meditation isn't quiet enough.
