Thank you so incredibly much for sharing this practice. I'm about to do day eight and this morning I weighed myself I lost 3 pounds in seven days. I haven't been able to loose weight all summer no matter how hard I tried. And not only the weight lose my whole body feels lighter and free. This has been life changing. I loved the music, it was singing bowls. The rolling around was fun. I want to find a place outdoors where I can do this. There’s not much room to roll around in the house without hitting something! Lol. Very blissful meditation and afterwards a wonderful glowing experience.
This is one of my favourites - it does wonders in the days around my period and even relieved my after-period migrene!!! Unbelievable! Thank you very very much!!! ❤️🌹
I really enjoyed this one and needed to do this one!. Getting rid of all that was lying stagnant. Feeling energised, yet calm. I really like the kriya where we laid our heads down and held our feet. Felt comforting, warm, calm and secure. Thank you, Mariya.

Kundalini Lounge with Mariya Yes I’m fine now thanks Mariya. It was the rolling around the room one that did it.... I picked up too much speed! I should know better... I’m a YTT. Taught me the importance of pacing. I love the series though... on my third run through. And in these strange times, online yoga is a godsend!

Hi, so far has been a very good experience. Just a comment to contribute , please could you show close ups of the mudras? As the camera is to far and second I will say that todays music it wasn't nice. Kundalini with lounge music doesn't work!!
Mariya, is this good for hormonal balance? Or do you have a different video for that?. It's now the second month in a row it's brutal. Lost my voice and everything. Also I love your digestion videos, I do those two times a week. Helped me so much with my depression. Thank you.
