Quick question- I train hard 6 times a week including cardio, HIIT, and strength training and I eat very healthy and on a caloric deficit... If you wanted to have a few nights out with your friends, what are your thoughts on having drinks and the occasional 'cheat' meal at dinner? How does this effect your training and do you have the occasional alcohol?
I saw this asked somewhere else. In this case it was recommended to have something like a shot, low in calories basically. Whisky on the rocks, with soda etc. is an example. And don't mix drinks because that wrecks havoc. On the other hand a glass or two of wine should be just fine too.

This is one of my favorite channels at the moment and probably will be for all time. Really love the informational content that is also motivational. Thanks for the video(s)!
@@fpoba1976 yeah I love my mixed drinks is the problem haha, full of sugar and calories :/ I'll definitely keep that in mind though, thank you
6 times a week is a lot. You should train 4 times
my friend asked me
friend: you got thinner bro, what's your diet?
me: poverty

The best nutrition and workout content on UA-cam! 🔥🔥
this is probably one of the greatest workout video of all time! Very detailed, straight to the point, explained very well and fast! I'm flattered!
Chris: casually talks about what he eats
Me: Can't wait to sell my house so I can eat like him
Is price of food an issue for you; it does cost more but as they say you are what you put in your body so in that respect it is worth it.

Been following you since 2019, and I am loving the results. Thanks mate
Great inspiration, finally I'm seeing results from your eating tips.
great video thank s bro
Awesome video. I cant eat many carbs due to blood sugar issues so this is perfect for me. I still struggle with eating enough/consistently and figuring out what to make. I also didn’t realize how important healthy foods were for gains-definitely going to pay more attention now.
Thanks for all your videos, Chris. I've been following you for over a year now and by far I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm not only more toned physically but much sharper mentally as well. I recently purchased parallel bars for home use. Would love to see a beginner/intermediate workout routine using the parallel bars. Appreciate all you do!
I appreciate it Fam I took notes and mentally trying to be Consistent with the Nutrition side cause that feels the hardest part.
Why is no one talking about the way the avocado was cut😂
Quite odd. 😂
It’s not even avocado. Almonds were coffee beans
I was about to say lmao
Seungho Choi they're almonds with dusting of cocoa powder(chocolate)
thats how real man cut it
Why do I feel the people who disliked this video eat pizza after a whole day's hard workout?
Because they prolly are. Lmao.

Don't discount pizza. I got in the best shape of my life when I worked at lil ceasrs in college and got free hot and ready when I was working out like a mf. It's great in protien, carbs and fat when bulking
Pizza is actually one of the healthiest cheat meals and If eaten moderately is beneficial to reaching calorie goals
@@Treck533 it depends on what type of pizza you eat
I love how you all put this chris. I just wanna say thank you.
Chris just motivated me to start eating right
