eating these doesnt make you lose fat. only calorie defecit will make you lose fat. but ofc these meals can help because they are filling and low in calories

I made this breakfast this morning. Same ingredients, everything. And I must say, one of the best breakfast meals I have had in a while and I felt so good knowing that what I was eating was not only better tasting, but also knowing that I was not eating a heart attack between bread. i'm really liking these vids were you cook things though! a lot!! you should start a channel or series that's just you doing that. not only is it good to watch, but seeing you you do things for the macros and you talking through it is like.... really helpful. (sometimes it feels hard to have the energy and motivation to do everything, when bogged down. but seeing you do it is good priming for the brain, to get back in it.)
