I just made 2 weeks from the ACDF C-3-6 surgery on 7/16/24. I experience that Feeling of something stuck in my throat along with some issues with breathing when trying to sleep on my first week. I kept using the breathing gauge to open my lungs and I would drink some water or tea. Which help I also sit up some for a while until I begin to feel better enough to lay back some in a upright position to sleep. It has improve. Thanks for sharing about the bone stimulator.

Funny you should mention your hair! I’ve been struggling on what to do with mine! It’s at an in-between length, so I know trying to take care of it will frustrate me after surgery. Haven’t scheduled yet…my whole house (husband and 3 boys) ALL got sick at once…so we are barely sustaining here…but it has been another great excuse to procrastinate 😜 Keep up the great healing! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Sending many well wishes! 🧚🏽♂️
Hahaha oh yes! The hair! It’s easier to either cut it off or keep it in a ponytail or bun! The dripping when it’s wet because I can’t wrap it up really annoys me! Haha! Thank you so much! I always enjoy hearing from you! Hubby is back to work! It’s been a TIME 😩 but we are making it! I’ll do another update soon. I’m so sorry y’all are sick! That’s so hard! I know what that’s like!
