      You can start with gentle exercises right from first trimester and gradually increase the intensity with each trimester. Avoid deep squats etc. in first trimester. Anything that you are not comfortable in doing avoid it.

      Is it length or prolapse ? Ideally should consult yur gynecologist for this....
