    ditto Dr Mike thx soooo very much i was doing these 30 yrs ago n cuz of devastating injury but a great PT spclist helpd ive got -17° still will need replcment soon but gettin back to these n just off this vid ure a superstar ! im at knee bends but limited .what u think add bands for more developmnt of antagonistic pairs
