All the workouts are put together so well. I have tried to workout on other channels but the modifications are great. The stretching when you touch your foot with your leg folded over felt great. I love her knowledge on how to put workouts together is genius.
Loved this. I pulled my trapezius a few months back and healing it has been a pain... this workout is just perfect for getting my back strength back 😊🙏
I've never worked out with Lindsey before, but I will be back--you can tell she's very knowledgeable---you had me at the scap push ups in the warm up--love incorporating those, rarely see online trainers include these. All the workouts are very well laid out, and she does a great job telling you that you need to use a heavy weight for this muscle group. She's definitely the type of trainer that is getting lost these days I feel--so energetic, really gives you that "class vibe" when I feel a lot of UA-cam trainers are into the full music and timer with little engagement other than demoing the moves--and those are nice too sometimes, but I do enjoy the energetically guided workouts too--they remind me of going to an actual class in a gym, which is nice.
Loved the row to the overhead press! That was a fun move and I was able to use 20lbs on it!! Felt so good. Thank you for your continued AWESOME content. You are seen and you are so appreciated! I wake up with you Monday - Friday, 5am!

I loved that this was a back focus but still did total upper body. It is hard to do isolate workouts because u would need so much time to get through your body that way so this was unique and still checks a lot of boxes!

The straight arm pull back does not work your triceps. It's actually a shoulder/back exercise. For a tricep workout you need to bend at the elbow.
Since the tricep bends the elbow the elbow has to bend in order to work the tricep.
