- We encourage you to join the 3-Month Finish Strong Challenge! We will be posting an exercise/challenge video each Wednesday @ 2PM and CHALLENGE YOU to start moving your body 3X a week and re-commit to finishing the year STRONG!
We have partnered with Amanda as a certified trainer to bring you these beginner workout and exercise videos to encourage you to workout at your level and learn more about exercising with correct technique.

More About Amanda:
Amanda is a certified trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. She has been training a wide variety of clients from athletes to kids to beginners like us since 2007. Amanda also holds a Level 3 CrossFit certification which is held by only a small percentage of CrossFit trainers. We are SO excited to learn from Amanda!

I am in. 👍🏽. I have been doing strength training the last few months 3-4 times a week and plan to keep with it. I have been getting stronger as I go. I also go walking each day too. I will think about what specific goal I want to have to finish strong this next 3 months.

I AM IN!! Caitlin's face when she uses the example of "I'm so sore" LOL I felt that. I am at fitness ground zero so this is great motivation. My goal for the challenge is to make myself more mindful of my health to create better habits - consistency of diet and movement. My weekly goal is to keep away from the Halloween candy and other processed sugar. Lord help me, I love my Reese's pumpkins so they have been testing me!

Oh my goodness! I’m late to the challenge but I’m in!

Been doing carnivore for two months now. Started out with Keto for 30 days so I'm almost at the end of 3 months! I feel the eating is dialed in. Now building exercise into the journey. 25 lbs down so far and several inches lost. Next A1C is December hoping to go from my 7.8 down to normal range.

2PM central time which I believe is 9PM in South Africa. The video can be watched at any time after it’s posted- so even if you don’t do it Wednesday night at 9PM the video will still be a available for you whenever the time works for you to watch & workout with us. 👍
Love this real time training. Lots of great moves. I will do some of these, especially the warm ups, before I do my own routine.
