This felt like it was only 5 minutes! So relaxing. I really loved breathing out till the count of 8. Sometimes in meditation we do the count of six, bit id never done 8 before. It felt much more relaxing. Thank you for helping my practice. Namaste!

Also could you do a 10 - 15 minute class for improving digestion, I know you have a 30 minutes one, but I often don’t have the time to do it in the morning. Thanks a lot in advance!

I've started to add your nighttime yoga for the last couple of weeks on top of your morning routines that I've been doing for several months now. All I can say is that it is so complimentary of the morning routine. It helps me unwind better especially now that as I grow older, my sleep pattern changes. I have been super stressed out over the past 24 hours and I have noticed that it has really affected my breathing, making it fast and shallow. This yoga class was exactly what I needed to help me relax for a good night's rest, especially after a day going without my daily yoga practice. The extended exhale breathing practice at the end was difficult for me for the first 2-3 rounds but after that, I noticed how my breath naturally started to deepen and I began to return to my usual state of calm. Thank you!
Am I the only one who answers Kass at the end of this practice and keep nodding my head and smiling back? LOL. It feels so much better to respond back tbh. 💖💖💖
This is a great set of poses. I feel more loose and ready to relax now. The length is also really handy. No excuse not to fit in 15 minutes! Thanks Kassandra.
Among all bedtime yoga, this works best for me. It does not make me over stretching or scared to get injured. I feel safe following her sequence. Her voice us soothing also.

This variation of fish pose is one I haven't come by in my yoga journey but I am o so happy this routine started off with it. After completing these evening stretches my anxiety simmered down, my chest didn't feel as tight, I felt I could breath more freely. All great things before bedtime. Thank you
