Kassandra, I'm sure you hear stories all the time, but I want to share because it's nice to know all the effort and planning makes it all worth it in this busy world. I pursued yoga after recovery from being in the hospital with the obnoxious delta virus variant of covid in 2021. Being a mostly healthy person at 34 and being sent home with oxygen, I was discouraged about the recovery. After being cleared from doctors I decided to start whatever I could to get my breath back. I discovered your videos and wow! The improvement I made. Anxiety is so much less, Plus being intentionally active, I lost 34 pounds just with Incorporating your videos into my daily routine. So a long winded (pun intended :)) story to say, thank you for your videos. It truly makes a difference!
this is the right moment for all of us. we need a time to be gentle to ourselves. for those who reading this, "You deserve to be loved and accepted for what you really are, not for others want. YOU ARE INCREDIBLE."
1:34 Very rarely do I read the comments because I feel that I am miss understood or miss read constantly I feel like I don’t belong or no one can relate to me or my inner self if you can’t relate to even that is a huge step in progress too I guess what I’m trying to say if I am a person and I belong am I relatable or… Etc.?? Do you know ideal but it’s scary to explain or involve evolve into that person because silencing our power was the deadly yes secret and weapon of them all!!! 🎉 😮❤❤ can u relate now think upon that….
I love the space you do these classes in - I liked seeing the shade open and the beautiful backyard. For some reason those visuals make the yoga even more cleansing!
I love morning yoga (after doing my morning yoga cleansing enema) and bedtime yoga since I was a 13 year old yogi in 1995 for detoxing, fitness, health and wellness.
You knew just what I needed this morning. Normally I like something more challenging but I’m battling a sinus infection and knew I couldn’t handle any poses with my head down. I was just going to skip my morning yoga but then I saw this. Perfect! Thank you!

Thank you for creating this and other evening ones which are great for those of us who are easing back into movement as part of recovery.

I absolutely love this bedtime yoga! I thought that I will never be able to fall asleep in such a short time. It really helps me, as I need to get up early every morning. Thanks to you I don't experience the problem of struggling to find a comfy position to sleep or a problem of waking up with sore muscles and my body aching. And most importantly my mind is at peace and I don't overthink this much before sleep. You are a lifesaver 💙

My lower back L4 L5 s1 is a mess. I had a fractured sacrum which I believe has healed. It's been close to 16 weeks since I had this tremendous pain from stomping my foot down all day laying sod back in mid June. What do you recommend? Thanks
This is a lovely video, and I enjoyed following along for the most part. May I give you one piece of constructive criticism? Although I know it has become more common use in recent years, your pronunciation of the words strength and stretch are so jarring because you had an h into the pronunciation, causing it to sound like shtrength and shtretch. I mean no disrespect here. But it is very hard on one's ears when trying to relax and fall asleep. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me and many of my generation. Thank you for taking the time to listen, and for your lovely video.
