I have tried to severely limit the amount of artificial sweeteners. (With only small amounts of stevia from time to time).
It took me a long time to learn to enjoy tea without sugar or sweeteners. But I’m glad I did. Now it’s almost completely out of my diet
Happy for you! Eating Habits change can be v challenging and takes time, I always tell my patients, when coaching them to undertake specific dietary eating habits change to better control their chronic conditions, that it is a matter of 'when', not a matter 'whether' they would succeed in making that necessary change in their lifestyle. Blessings, Dr Chan
Thanks for the vid brother!
I’ve stopped using artificial sweeteners on a daily basis. However, I enjoy the taste of sweetened porridge and I use 2 tablespoons (29.6 ml) of pure maple syrup.
Very good information! Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Sugar has calories, artificial sweeteners don't. Sugar rots teeth, artificial sweeteners don't. Human beings are drawn by nature to "sweetness". (IMHO)
Artificial sweetener don't rot your teeth but it will give you cancers. You choose.
00:21 swe teu neurz (is positive languagism racism acceptable cause i actualy LOVE the sounding. sorry inquiry about ethic)
love your content (and voice) thx for educating and helping us be-stay healthy
i eat fruit. fruit has all the sugar i could ever dream of
The real stevia doesn't provide any health problem, except is the synthetic version or the one you mentions with derivatives additives
It is difficult.
All of those 'natural' sweeteners, to me, taste chemical and are not pleasant. I agree it's a habit to sweeten food. It's also a common habit to add salt to food to 'improve flavour'. It's surprising how good food can taste if it is not artificially 'enhanced' by additives.
The irony ... the more that we use sugar and salt in our foods, the less we are able to taste the natural sweetness and 'saltyness' of foods and vice versa. 😃
If only I trusted the WHO...
Another WHO... Craps.
Anything from the lying WHO? No, I don't think so. I'll stick to Stevia, Monk Fruit, etc.
