Star Trek did what Star Wars should have deserved. A perfect send off. 😢

@@Comegetmebitch You may want to look in to fanfiction if you have the time and enjoy reading, some of the stories are better then anything Hollywood has been putting out in recent years.

@@Tao_TologyMaybe Patrick was inspired by Firefly and Guardians of The Galaxy. So he wanted to experiment on a new kind of Trek series. But, yeah, I get it. The Trek series still has to be connected to the previous ones, to be more relatable.

It was so wonderful to see the TNG crew and the Enterprise-D again. It was a heroic reunion with a solid torch pass to a new generation. Terry Matalas deserves to be a show runner with the Enterprise-G crew.

Yeah. I wish someone will do an Edit to eradicate Season 1 and 2 and make it possible to watch Season 3 with proper context.

Jerri looks beautiful she’s aged so gracefully ❤ also was so wonderful seeing TNG crew come together again one last time. This was more like a movie than series but loved every minute and TNG was a big part of my childhood.

the cast is so great, but there is something special about Jonathan Frakes. He took star trek and really made it his home. there are not many actors out there like him, who really love the franchise they are a part of and spend their entire career proving it

When I use to work at Honolulu International Airport many, many, lightyears ago, I ran into Jonathan Frakes, he asked me directions to his connecting flight...I gave him directions then asked him for his autograph. Number-One, gladly shook my hand and signed his name on a piece of paper that's still in my photo album. " Jonathan Frakes- GO BOLDY " 🖖🏽

Really enjoyed it. Bit confusing after season 2 with the borg, though enjoyed it. Season 3 felt more fitting and really great seeing so many characters from the different series joining in. Shame to miss out on others though. Would have been great to see more. Though it played well i think with what they did.

I agree- Picard Season 3 was perfect.
But when you really think about it: they took the franchise’s best villains and mashed them together: Borg and Changelings working together should have been unstoppable.
they nearly were. changelings didn't even really need the borg, they could have just continued infiltrating star fleet and then destroy it from inside
Wasn't feeling the executions in episode 7/8, but beyond that the season was excellent.

3rd season got it right as far as a send off
Well they had to find their way around . Some trial and error in figuring out their characters. Gates McFadden ‘s exit for one season ( I thought Diane Mauldaur was good but we were glad to see Gates back ) . The cast was great but let us be honest ,when the Enterprise got introduced to the Borg , we original Trekkies thought “ Holy Shit ! You guys just turned the corner ! “ Then everything fell into place with great episodes Borg and non Borg just proliferating

Michael Dorn looks better as worf than in real life
I'd say Mr. Dorns got those 'Clint Eastwood' age-lines that tell ya, "I been through lots of sh*t in this life, I'm just happy I made it this far, Now lets Fly!" (he's an actual licensed aircraft pilot like Harrison Ford).
Matter of fact, the USAF or USN should get Mr. Dorn (no, not made up as Worf) to do recruiting ads for them.
Kinda like what Jimmy Stewart (he was an actual Army Air Corps pilot in WW2), and Tom Selleck (Selleck actually served in the Army) did for them way back when.
You hear that USAF; get Michael Dorn in a fighter, or bomber, or even a tanker cockpit, suited-out, and have him film a recruiting ad for y'all, in flight. I bet he'd get a kick out'ta it.
We already had 2 TNG send offs. This seriously killed the TNG legacy.
