Hi Caroline. I just want to say thank you for helping me to get exercising. I have bone on bone arthritis in both knees which hinders my walking BUT since having weight loss surgery on May 16th, I've lost a total of 32 pounds & am so very happy to be able to actually follow your walking videos without a lot of the pain & I am not hearing the horrible crunch sound with each step. I'm able to physically walk inside the grocery store instead of ordering online. Now, along with your help I am getting off the couch & exercising.

I love your digestion videos and anti bloating I do them regularly not sure why last week and today I am experiencing a buldge in the upper stomach as your videos always help and consistentcy and effort and good attitudes are they key as is a great instructor and I have thoaw within you and myself - so hopefully this is simply an off day and will encourage and help others.

I love your short or long workout especially those lower sugar level. It really helps lower and maintaining my sugar level . However I do have bad cholesterol which is a bit high. Hope you can enlight me with your always effective cholesterol workout. Look forward to your upload. ❤❤ Tq

I'm in California! I did notice a difference in my shoulders! They were really stiff yesterday, but by the end of the walk, it was gone. Today, shoulders were stiff again, not as much as yesterday, but by the end of the walk, it was all gone again! Thank you!

I like your other 10 minute walks too that incorporate other moves such as side steps, knee lifts etc. I'm grateful for the ability to move my body how and when I want to and also for this walk that hopefully will convince my husband that I'm not weird for wanting to exercise straight after a meal haha.
