First time I ever dealt with a Karen I was trapping for the county on a marsh that was inside the city limits of a nice small town . The old guy was letting me know he had taken down my license plate # and was calling the police I never said a word to just kept setting traps he finally got so mad I was in about waist deep water and the old booger kicked me in my back swearing spitting mad 😡. So I climbed up on the bank and walked right at him I’m 6’5 280 pounds just got home from 14 months of deployment. He looked at me up and down and said boy I sure stepped in the shit didn’t I. I said yes sir as the county sheriff pulled up he did his screaming about killing all the wildlife in and around the pond said I had been here many times over the last 2 weeks . The sheriff came over talked too me I showed him my paper work from the county .told him I never seen him before and hadn’t spoken a word to him until he kicked me in the back . Well the old fella went to jail was told not too come within 1000 yards of the wetland and it’s paths to walk his yapping lil dog . And the judge fined him 550.00 which was what I charged the county to trap out the beavers and sentenced him too 3 days In jail . I felt justified for once lol .
Great check 👍. Got to hate Karen's 😡. I had a crazy Karen that took 15 trap's on a place I had permission. 4 we're 220s, she put them in her trunk of her car and wouldn't give them back. I started to call the police and she opened her trunk. All Of the 220s were still set! I really wish she would have gotten her hand in one.

Another great video, thanks for posting. Footholds on a slider have become my go to set. Neither the beaver or people know they are there. A lot less stolen traps and they produce.

As a wildlife biologist… I couldn’t help but laugh at “if they cut the trees down then the trees weren’t good.” Wildlife typically takes the best and leave the rest especially beavers since the trees they cut includes their diets. Oh these Karen’s love to think they know so much.
