I watch you catch lots of beavers every year, how do you not skin and flesh your beavers? I spend more time in the fur shed than I do on the line it seems lol
If you haven't skinned a beaver in a long time what do you do with all the beavers you catch? Just curious? Castor is fetching a decent dollar right now!
I hope 330 can get a fur shed again one day. Remember him saying he didn't have a place to put up fur anymore a few years ago I believe. Hope it wasn't a brutal divorce.
The key is using a different knife for dirty work like cutting off feet and tail, and the opening cut. Fur and bones are both hard on a knife, so I use a replaceable blade for anything that's potentially dirty, or when I'm skinning out faces, then my skinning knife stays sharp for everything else
5 minutes and 25 seconds!! Holy crap!! That’s amazing!
He is really good at skinning beaver but I do know he can do them quicker, usually around that 3 minute mark.
