    Hi Scott, have been a huge fan for a couple years now! Most engaging videos on trapping 🚀 I always keep coming back! Would it be crazy if I tagged along for some of your spring beaver trapping?

    Hey Scott! My friends and I just started trapping and have gotten three 65 pounders! Most of what we know is from your videos. So thank you! Do you have any tips that helped you a lot when you first started?

      Congratulations!!! If anything I would just say keep your sets simple. Don't gotta spend 20 minutes on each set trying to make em look perfect. Beaver will still come! And no matter how many beaver you catch you are still gonna miss a few here and there

    Anyone complaining about noise should feel free to gift you a wind-proof microphone.

    Ever thought of some suspender clips from the glove to the shoulder? Save pulling up and slipping down.

    Hi Scott, 👋, fearly new subscription, I noticed that sometimes the springs go on separate stakes but most of the time folded up on one stick,,,lol proof reading I will check out the play list. 👍 Happy New year 🎉

    • @330Maniac
      @330Maniac  2 роки тому +2

      Hi Richard! If the runs are fairly shallow I will set the spring out with 2 sticks. If they are deeper or a muddy bottom it run onenstick through both springs vertically

    Thanks to you I trapped my first ever Beaver last week and today I was shocked to find a Otter waiting for me in the same bank den set I caught the Beaver in.
    I'm assuming they use each other dens from time to time?
    Thanks again for all the information and definitely keep them coming.

    On your anchoring cable, stake end, do you just feed your cable through a double ferrel and then hammer an annealed nut on the tag end ?? Thanks

    Good stuff 330 ! In one of your earlier vids , you said you had more confidence in your triggers on the side . Why is that ? I understand them that way for deep sets .

  • @codyr8881
    @codyr8881 2 роки тому

    Hey Scott really appreciate your commentary and always talking about what you’re doing. Very informative sir. What kind of “wire” are the triggers on those 330s made out of?

    Do you ever eat some of the beaver meat. Some other trappers claim it’s very good. Mixed with bacon ends to make burgers an other ways

    Hi love watching your vids. Do you set a trap on every lodge run? I'm having trouble getting them under 1½ ft of ice. Found a run, did set a trap no luck yet I'm guessing they are using another run.
