You’ve covered so much I know it must be hard to keep adding material and maintaining the excellent quality content of the videos you post, I am not a black belt yet but I’d like your take on what you’re first couple years post dan were like, how you made karate your own style , how bunkia can be explored or the way you unravel it, where to go once that milestone is hit.

My taekwondo dojang isn't closed, but when we train we have to wear a mask. Our master is making us do less physically challenging things, so no more sparring and physical training because it's hard to do them with masks on. I'm not training at dojang because my mum is worried about me getting sick, so I'm just training at home. I recently went to the dojang to give my master a box of masks.

For me it's interesting, I do Karate and Jiu Jitsu, my Wife does Jeet Kune Do, Tae Kwon Do, Akido, Jiu Jitsu (Japanese version I think) , Savate, and Thai Boxing. So yeah, our styles differ dramatically. She trains on her own as do I, I like to train alone. Everyone knows don't go into the room when I'm training, my Step-Grandfather made that mistake once and it was like in Enter the Dragon when Lee sees Bob Wall standing in his doorway, "OUT"! My Step-Grandfather wisely left and shut the door and never did that again. My Wife doesn't even go in the basement when I'm training.

The best thing about this channel is you never feel left behind. Like Jesse and Oliver sensei are celebrities yet they are so humble. And they are trying to help us out with their videos. In this cricis this is what motivates us. I never feel I am not a part of this family. Ever time I see both sensei's I feel my elder brothers are teaching me. This is how comfortable I feel in this channel. And once again this was a great home exercise which I will definitely do 😊

you need to spar a bit with realboxers to improve stance speed and focus, also even you do warmup menthal energy in fight sport is essential. mawashi geri for competition is executed 45 degre angle and not round form jodan gedan...it hit from lv chudan to gedan, allways drop gravity center when you strike just bit.
