I just became a member can you do or do you have a shadow boxer workout for southpaw...I have spastic cp and it affects my right side but Im left handed. So that's a challenge within its self
Just give it a go. As someone who doesn't exercise as much as I should, I definitely feel like Nate's beginner workouts are perfect to start with. Obviously, this isn't going to change you overnight but it can help build a good habit. When you're ready for them, Nate has plenty of other more difficult workouts on this channel that can help you get closer to whatever your fitness goals are.
nah, but if it happens everytime after shadow boxing, try to do cooldown after the workout or maybe you are just pushing yourself too much. Listen to your body
