Thanks, Marina, this video is indeed loaded and worth viewing. Lots of UA-camrs encourage accepting any job offer to get Canadian experience but you seem to say the contrary to avoid getting stuck. More light please on that, please.
Yo can accept survival jobs for a start, but you must make plans not to remain there for too long, that's when you become stuck and frustrated.
You are so much fun to watch and full of information. I started started looking at jobs on indeed and saskjobs after watching this vidoe just to have an idea about the requirement are for the jobs I am interested in. Thank you so much and keep up the good work

Getting a job from outside Canada is a bit dicey. The IRCC does not make it easy for employers to do that so it is tough.

Informative stuff as always, Marina! Can you expatiate on not getting stuck in a job because one is in a hurry. Are there like time frames one has to be in a job for, before resigning?
No, what i mean is it becomes harder to resign from a survival job if you stay too long in it. People hurriedly take jobs that they don't like because of bills and then remain in it for years and get very frustrated. It is okay to take a survival job upon arrival, but have a plan to advance from it.

It is very hard but possible depending on your field.

Hi thanks million for your insight about job market. I am a banker from india with 15 years of experience please guide me how should I go about finding opportunity in banking sector? U said that we have to give some test can we do it before coming thr?
I doubt that the banking certification can be done outside of Canada. If you intend to continue in banking, then it is best to prepare for and pass the exam upon arrival. Some banks hire without the certificate but you are required to pass it within 90 days from resumption. All the best!

Hello, you will need to take some exams before you can practice as a nurse in Canada and without those results, you may not be able to find a job especially from Nigeria. Please check online to see the exams you need and then take it from there. All the best.
