    Every bit of this video I love, the story, the lesson behind it and all, I went from an office assistant to the executive assistant to the CEO of an NGO I worked with years ago because while I was cleaning offices I was showing I could do more, everyone loved my character and all and just like u when that position was open I was the only person they could think of cus I was schooling and working so i had both the experience and almost 3 years of education in the Administrative field.

    Also do you advice one comes in, checks the role where he or she can fit in before embarking on any Career path.. It seem quite difficult picking a particular career especially in trying to Switch

    • @MARINAESIRI
      @MARINAESIRI  4 роки тому

      It is okay to check what you like and fit into before deciding to switch. A lot of it depends on the person in question. If you are looking to switch, you should have an idea what you would like to switch to. It becomes difficult when you switch to an area that is not in demand where you are or does not present any career growth path for you.
