      @@theyogainstituteofficial what if I have to go to the bathroom as soon as I wake up? I have irritable bowel syndrome so I'm in the bathroom a lot. Can I do these things after? Do I go back to my bed and do these or can I do this on the floor? Thank you very much for your insights. Much love to you. ❤

    Hamsaji mam ! i am suffering with sleep disorder and its triggers lots issues ! Like panic attack and anxiety etc . Need to get rid off from this , after watching your videos giving some confident ! Really. Worry free mind and illness free body are the biggest assets in the world
