    Hello Ah Pa from UK... since I can't find that canned belly pork,
    I expect I can boil two or three thin slices of belly pork with a stock cube. And use the stock.
    Like you use the brine stock from the can, I think it should come out ok...will let you know

      Do add some light soya sauce, star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaves to ur braised.

    The canned stewed pork that we have here is from China and so fatty, oily, salty and MSG laden. Sorry Ah Pa I don't dare to try.
