    I reckon to prepare the hot oil. The fist step to heat up the wok then fill in the oil and heat around 150 to 160 degree C. The deep fry the meat, it will not cook dark.

    1) what coooking oil do you use?
    2) after deep frying and got remaining oil what do you do to it?

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  4 роки тому

      1. I now use peanut oil. 2. Depending whether it’s still clear or not, if it’s still very clear, i will filter it and keep in metal containers for second fry. If not clear, i will just throw.
