@@chrissanders2562 PLEASE can you explain how it works? all the clutch videos i have watched show how it pushes in butt in the pitbike engine its so small i dont notice where the clutch is supposed to be engaged.
@@volkov6460 the little arm with the round part and the part that goes in the middle of the clutch point directly at each other. Is that what your asking? When its fully assembled the little arm rotates when you press on the shifter and squishes the wavy piece in the center of the clutch against the adjuster on the side cover and disengages the clutch
@@chrissanders2562 You see that little black lipped cylinder that you put a spring into and another smaller cylinder that the long clutch arm pushes in and out? Im wondering how that changes the clutch friction because when i seem to play around with it, it does not change anything
I've been looking around and it does look like you can turn it into a semi automaticbut not a full automatic.something to do with how the gears are.@@slayeroffakenews2432
There's loads of videos showing how to convert this type semi auto clutch to cable actuated hand operated type without the need for a new set or even a new cover: the process involves some spotwelding, drilling a hole in the cover and of course a left hand lever & clutch cable set. Most videos are in Tagalog but are so simple to follow you only need to watch the steps.
Thanks for showing this is possible I always wanted to do this and have a manual engine with a bad top end that would be perfect
How did you attach the clutch cable
So if I was to take clutch parts from a 125cc and casing and bolt it to a 50cc engine would that work
What was that black thing you pulled of the clutch? Mine broke and don’t know what it’s called and need a new one
Thats the piece that disengages the clutch. I have a few extras laying around somewhere ive never seen one break wonder how that happened
