Yeah man that engine sounds pretty good to me, you just need a higher final drive ratio (aka) smaller rear sprocket or bigger front sprocket, or better yet, both....
Don't you just love those Chinese clutch and accelerator cables they either stretch or brake in a month.. Had to make an modification to get more adjustment on my clutch cable. Works great now.
A larger rear wheel woudn't throw off the frame geometry as long as you go larger with the front wheel also. That would in a sense make the bike itself a bigger bike. That would probably be a good idea too.
Man I'm wanting to upgrade and swap into my xpro x6, it's frame is similar to the trailmasters it's got larger tires the 17/19 and a larger frame but the 125cc engine it comes with is super low rev and just sucks really haha it'll ride and go decently fast but it's not snappy or peppy like a Japanese bike so I wanted to put the lifan 150cc but I'll look for this 160 for sure!
So much work bro, thank you for documenting this. You’re the only person giving me inspiration to tackle this project
its actuall easier than u think
Same but I’m putting the 190 on a ttr110
Even tho it doesn’t go as fast as you thought, That things got bottom end torque for days. Once you change up the gearing it will haul ass
Yeah for sure man 👍 I’m keen to ride it properly not just up and down a straight also!
Its going fast but the wheel are small so just spins most the time
Linkage rear suspension in future will help alot greg
good to see you back Grego, love the content
love this guy sm
Adjust the fuel/air ratio on the carb, it sounds like its running a little lean, thats why your exhaust is crackling and popping.

your videos are so good! 🔥
Glad you like them!
Where can i find that rubber plug for the wires goin to the engine when u pulled da kil switch wire
I believe a 190 motor will fit in one of those frames, but it ends up being too fast and kinda hard to hold onto
Can't you just drop a 190 head on ? Or they don't it match up
I’ve seen a cr450 fuel injected engine with dual exhaust on a 125 pit bike no mods
@@DetFunnyDudeTaeeeno its a 150 Daytona bike with duals 😂😂😂
@@Flavorsonlyyy nah

Got a older stomp 140 and wanting to put a new engine in it, any ideas of anything that will just bolt in
Wondering the same
212 Dayton
All bolt right on in some times it's just a spacer or something needed to make it work usually a washer
Just bought my first pit bike a few months ago and it was probably one of the most fun and scariest rides I’ve experienced
Where did you get the engine?
to fix the footpeg angle you can always add washers inbetween the peg mount and bottom engine mounts
love the channel mate
how much you spent on the engine??? like if we wanna buy 250 cc engine, how much will it cost???
did the previous engine have inserts where the lose bolt is? might to have a check cos im sure riding theyll come loose
The threads are cut straight into the bottom of the engine. I'll just have to check the bolts to make sure there not coming loose
I was looking at it before I think 2 of the bolts were actually holding the bash plate on so only one bolt went missing
What size carb is that
Drop the link for the kit I need it
What was the most challenging part about this project ?
How many cc's is that 140/160/190?
What's your thoughts on thumpstar pit bikes??
What kind of frame is that
What kind/size are the front fork suspension on this bike?
Yo thats a sick t-shirt 😉🤙
What size tires
What brand of pit bike is that?
Are there any options for a bigger rear wheel? that would solve the gearing issue but it'd likely throw off the geometry of the bike
Probably could fit a bigger wheel in there but it would throw of the geometry like you said
Could just try and smaller sprocket
@@DH1Glory That's what I'm doing
Luvin the pit bike content . Grip it and rip it. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
I had a 190cc daytona in my Ycf125 , pit bikes rule
Sweet as I wanted to get a Daytona!
I like the harley carby setup ahahahha
Dont go thru big puddles with the filter right there tho hahahah
Cant wait for next vid
Mini pit bikes scare tf out of me after I snapped my ankle seemingly un forced 😅
That’s no good I hope it’s all healed up now
I was 8 so I was un breakable
I had a crf70 framed racing 140 and flipped it and snapped my ankle aswell, I blame the 7 coronas 🍺 🤣
you just save me
Can anyone tell me what length the rear brake line is Chinese measurements are so outta whack 🤦🏽♂️
You have a nice backyard
Hope you dropped the oil before you ran it they only have shipping oil in them need to be drained and 15w40 before yo run it
Need to be run in before ragging it 😂😂😂
Is pitpro out of business mate??? Just recently pick up one 110cx and a semi aswell

change out rear sprocket for one that came with bike its costing speed without that sprocket and bigger chain
send link to carb
can you upload top speed ty
drill out bracket put biger bolt like evey one does
Love it man . Keep making good kontent . Your channel wil grow to a much bigger platform . Just believe in yourself . 😁
Okay 👍 thanks for the motivation
Bro dead ass I just messaged a dude for a 140cc now
in finland 11-16yo kids swap this kinda engines to their 50cc mopeds
drain oil take plastics off turn bike upside down to work on the bike
these motors run like shhit with the carb facing this way,, u basicly got the carb on back2front lol, 180degrees your carb and manifold...

I have a x pro bolt 125cc so can a 150 lifan fit in my dirt bike an bolt right up ?
@@Dealz-i1k Yes, they bolt right up.
Can i have your old engine
sonds bit lean
That mf Ripping
Run the carby the normal way
I have it normal now mate got it to fit in my new video
dad?
Only had no compression because of valve clearances guaranteed
Yep. This guy is pretty dumb. Not a very mechanical dude. 🤣
I may have missed it but where did you get the engine? I'd love to swap this on my 110 quad
