- Overview of using Fitbit's new sleep tracking functions in the Fitbit app, including seeing bedtimes and wake times, hours slept, and sleep stages (awake, REM, light, deep), as well as comparing 30 day averages and benchmarks, January 12, 2018.
Your video was done well but what I would have liked to have seen was actually how to activate the sleep setting.
Yep the others tell you how to enable it in the fitbit
Thanks for taking the time to do this video.
Thanks for the response! Anything else I can help to answer?
Thanks! Really helpful
I want to share this video with my friends but with that voice I don't know, Thanks for the video I like it.
😂
When I click on an entry for a night, I can view it fine. However when I go back to the main sleep page, an additional copy of the night entry I just viewed is added and my sleep hours for the night doubled. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Should I be swiping and not tapping?
Does it monitor your sleep automatically? Or do you have to set up something before you go to sleep
It automatically tracks your sleep
Hi I got a fitbit charge 3. For the past 4 days my sleep gone back to basic. Does any one now why?
i cant get my fit bit charge 2 to do that again
I got a charge 3, but never could get the sleep insights to work, any ideas or help from anyone would be appreciated, thanks
If u dont get the analysis to have proper reads then its too loose .. try to make the band a bit tighter
Yeah what's up with the vocal fry?
how do make it work
0:42 Those are like the identical times I've been going to bed and getting up....and I'm exhausted.
Does it track sleep automatically
My sleep tracking stopped. Do you know how to get it back?
Hi man!!
Thanks a lot for telling
Can you tell me if ionic tracks sleep automatically or it has to be manually turned on. Pls reply
It automatically can tell.
@@JohnStax98 Thanks a lot bro for telling
Are you always tired ? I have the same average week sleep time as you and am tired a lot everyday... Do you have insomnia ?
Are you sleeping correctly?
Do you have to keep your watch connected to Bluetooth on your phone overnight?
No it's not required. Data is recorded in the device.
I need someone to show me how to pull all this info up. Mine is acting goofy.
My flitbit sleeping clock is 2 hours behind regular time. How I can fix that problem?
Settings and change time
Can you actually say your going to sleep now, do you have to put it in to sleep mode?
It know when you fall asleep
Does your phone need to be close to to when you are sleeping?
No the data will update when you press so on the app
Does it work when your phone is off? Sorry for dumb question
Yes as long as the watch is on
is everybody gon ignore his 110bpm ? whilst talking bruh thats bad
.
why do I see stats like in a ua-cam.com/video/Zy0FnGiYr_M/v-deo.html and not so accurate like you have ? a different version of app ?
Your voice has some problem .. sry
It probs that 6h hours sleeping 😴😴
I thought only I was averaging 5 hours asleep and 19 hours awake.
It is actually depressing. My average is roughly 3 hours. I don’t even know how I survive sometimes.
@@Ladeliciadelinda I’m a student in high school and just had a class that explained you only enter deep sleep through the first 2 stages of sleep (around 3 hours) which is just barely enough to restore your body but you’re not receiving enough NREM sleep not as much for your body but to rejuvenate your brain
Is this all on the free version?
You need Premium for the more advanced sleep tracking.
@@DIYLifeTech Right, I'm just trying to figure out what "the more advanced" stuff is. I don't currently have a fitbit nor the app so I don't know if this is the basic or more advanced stuff
hi
sorr
sorry
Dude, it seems that you need more sleep. Don’t make it less than 7 hrs
6 hours is okay for an adult- but 8 is always ideal
Get ur 8 hours dawg
such a grating voice
Not quite as grating as your personality.
You sound like you just woke up
Nice
Haha you joke, but look at the wake time and cellphone time stamp in the video :) What better time to talk about sleep than first thing in the morning!
The voice is as if you are sleep talking.. it's actually scary.sorry.
lol
Sounds like a frog 🐸
i cant get my fit bit charge 2 to do that again
