How can I still make my phone wake me up and not the watch? Every time I wear the Apple Watch to sleep, I can’t wake up bc it only rings on my wrist, and I hate it.
Thank you for the great video & technical help :-) Do you find that sleeping on your side versus your back makes any difference? I'm on a medicine that increases REM sleep (dreaming) and reduces deep sleep. The large amounts of REM phase (it feels like I often have unpleasant dreams all night long) don't usually show up on the Ultra watch's sleep records, but an almost total lack of deep sleep periods does. Core sleep appears OK, but waking is frequent. Does anyone else experience this type of possible anomaly?

2:12 - Is there an equivalent method of manually turning sleep on and off using just the watch that has been properly setup? What is the equivalent of "scrolling down from the top" on the phone using just the watch to get to the Focus ("Do Not Disturb" and "Sleep On/Off") menu? The watch sleep icon only has sleep schedule settings. I just want to turn it on and off as on the phone. Phone would be in another room charging.
Answering my own question: It is the crescent moon icon from the watch side flat button menu.
Uncle Niko are there any plans to integrate the Samsung Health Application?
Hey mate, at this stage we're focused solely on Apple Health but i think it will be a logical progression to integrate with Google Fit once that is complete (if we have some money)
Thank you! Your tutorial really helped!
Does the iWatch 7 sleep function monitor any ekg / heart irregularities ? I have sleep apnea and hoping to get this type of info from the sleep app by iwatch
What if you don’t see sleep?
Hello Uncle! I have 2 quick questions if you can answer: 1. When will you release lowenstein prisma video?
2. Any future content on ASV devices?
Thanks a lot in advance and wish you a great rest of the day
Hey, Lowenstein vid has been released and we are currently working on a SleepHQ integration (nearly finished) - ua-cam.com/video/wqnTgmjmhnw/v-deo.htmlsi=a3KZj0BqHAGCVBDV . Regarding the ASV, I'll see what i can do
Great video thanks for sharing. New to Apple Watch and love it so far. Wear did you get the band you’re wearing?
Is that your app seem like there’s not a lot of downloads and so I need the ring or is the Apple Watch ok
Hey mate, so our app is SleepO2 and it's designed to work with our SleepHQ O2 ring (monitors blood oxygen, heart rate and movement data) but we have a lot of people who use it without the ring just to send the Sleep Stage data to SleepHQ automatically. It's a bit confusing i know but with the Ring it's unreal. Cheers
The ring is awesome! Wakes me up when my 02 drops low from chin tucking on my back
I'm so disappointed with Apple Watch. Fitbit was tracking automatically even 15 minutes nap and I shouldn't insert any sleep mode before. I really don't understand why Apple chose this..
I can't even use the Fitbit anymore since I have an iPhone because I should sync it every day manually!
This is a key feature for me and really thinking to go back to Android just for the Fitbit features.
Couple questions: does your app collect B(beats)PM during sleep? Also do you do anything with the data you receive? thanks
Hello, 1. Yes our app collects pulse rate data from the O2 ring we use. Here's a link to our privacy policy (easy read) that discloses how we use data (we don't sell it) - www.sleephq.com/privacy-policy/
Wow great vid mate just brought a Apple Watch from a fit bit.
The humble fit bit wins hands down for sleep tracking Apple come on sort it thanks again for the video
Welcome mate, perhaps on convenience but not on accuracy. Cheers
Hey, when it comes to respiration sleeping on your side in a slightly inclined position is much better for you 🙂
Nicely done!!
thanks!
I have Samsung and trying to learn how to set up this on apple for my gf. Wow apple make things so tedious for no reason
The sleep O2 app must’ve been renamed to sleep HQ and there’s only like 24 reviews. That’s not good.
Tracking sleep is not working at all it’s so annoying. I’ve followed all the steps and it’s still only showing Aqua blue data and no sleep stages. I’m getting annoyed as I’m 7 days in.
So beneficial. Thank you ❤
I work two weeks days and two weeks nights for work and they won't let me schedule that its so annoying
The Awake, REM and core display disappeared after update, now it just show is a block.
Sleep doesn’t show up in my settings and I can’t seem to find anything on why that might be. Any suggestions?
Same
Same for me
@@Joshuarichardkirby it’s supposed to be available from the 4 and newer. I couldn’t get it to work so I just stuck with auto sleep.
Same on watch series 8… 😠
Niko Can this work on a iPad mini ? So that all I need is the apple watch?
G'day Jeff, from memory the apple watch app is only available for iPhone and not compatible with iPad. It's probably apples sneaky way of making you buy more of their products . I can't see any other reason why. Cheers
@@CPAPReviews I do believe you are spot on with your analysis
How well protected will be my information on SleepHQ on the cloud?
Hey mate, Data security is a core pillar of SleepHQ. Adam has a background in cybersecurity and has worked on I.T. projects with the U.S. Government. Our data centres are secured with digital and physical protections compliant with the latest industry standards. Cheers
