Funny that I get this after months. Just today now MY Charge 3 is BLANK,/BLACK SCREEN. I'm so let down and I'm tired of the contestant sneak up issues they get. I won't be buying ANY Fitbit ever again. I can't afford to spend that kind of money that lets me down so often.
This did not help. Fitbit support told me there is a newer version but it does not show up in the method in the video (which I had already tried). They said it will leak onto my device as I sync over time and that my device failed to update properly when I set it up the first time (probably because an old Charge 2 was still connected to the app). They advised against doing a factory reset which would allow it to start loading this update afresh. Without the update, I cannot attach bluetooth headphones so I want it to update.
There is a banner to update tracker software, but it is grey and it doesn't allow me to click it. What do I do? Can you make an updated video as the app has changed?

I'm running the latest version but it is showing that I can't install find my phone on my Fitbit app how do I get it to work or get it to go please if you have suggestions or whatever please reply back

What about if you watch said it needs an updates in multiple languages and you go to the app and click on update but the update don't work it keeps saying try again with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and your watch keeps telling you to do an update in multiple languages?

OK! Here's my situation. On the fitbit Versa2 device, under the settings, the version shown is different (lower) than the version shown on my Apple device. Yet, there's no update ribbon AND, checking for Versa 2 updates on the app, reveals that my fitbit device is up to date. All of this while the Versa 2 is Synced to my mobile device. Can you explain.
Wow, that's weird. You could try disconnecting your versa 2 and then reconnecting it to your Apple device. If it's not causing any issues you could also just leave it until Fitbit releases another update. I've never heard of that situation happening so far.
@@TinkerForward Here's an update. It may be that my Fitbit device and my mobile device (iPhone 8Plus) are both up to date. In reading the version on the Fitbit Versa 2, the first two umbers are 35 and that's why I originally thought it was not up to date. That said, the numbers following '35' coincide with the version indicated on the mobile app. Now here's the anomaly, a previous Versa 2 allowed me to download the SpO2 Signature watch face. I removed that device and added a different Versa 2. When I try to add the SpO2 watch face, a message appears "To install this clock, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update. I've tried re-starting the Versa 2, re-starting my phone to no avail. Any suggestions?

@@coltonlox1 Hi there I’m having the exact same problem when trying to download certain apps. The apps are telling me my fitbit versa is not up to date but I am not seeing any pink banners etc. Any suggestions on how you got yours to work?
Umm you could've saved a lot of time by just showing a factory reset and then the first run of the app, which AUTOMATICALLY updates the firmware. The app takes care of those updates; i wonder how many people have bricked their devices attempting to update firmware that wasn't compatible.
I’ve got a charge 2 and when ever I try and change the clock face, it just gives me a blank screen with the Fitbit logo. Is it because the charge 2 is old?

No it was applying it that what happens to the versa 2 then changes back to the new one
