    Great tips, I’m to self conscious at the min to go running outdoors 🙈 my husband says it’s easier then treadmill running.

    I have been following your Slimming World journey and wondered at what point you began running? I am also on SW and 17 pounds down but at size 16/18 I wonder if I should wait to start? I tried C25k and found it so hard!!!

    Thanks for that Sarah. For newbies to running I can't recommend Parkrun highly enough - inclusive, friendly, supportive and it's not competitive. It's been great for me and helped loads. www.parkrun.org.uk/events/events/
