I agree, 4D numbers are great but here’s my advice. Don’t use just sticky pads. 4D numbers are much heavier than normal plates and will fall off over time. My 4D plates are on a Merc E Class AMG Sport that has a Merc number plate holder. Ideal for 4D plates. No screws and no sticky pads. Sadly, without a number plate holder, you will have to support 4D plates with both sticky pads and screws. As I said, the use of just sticky pads won’t last and the plates will simply fall off and that would be an expensive mistake.
Appreciate it! They have been on around 2 months now and it's been fine so far, with regular pressure washing. Taking the time to properly prep the surface makes the biggest difference imo. I was actually considering getting plate holders for looks, and still am considering it! So far nobody I know has had their plates fall off as such but I keep an eye on them after every wash incase i notice corrosion or sagging. Also making sure not to put them on screw holes or anything is a major thing (can't remember if i said that in the video)
@@naazimahmed9781 I'm no influencer haha (I wish i was i hear they earn a lot of money). I didn't earn any money off of the plates either i actually payed full price as I didn't get the discount until after :( What car have you got the plates on?
@@eqdproductions477 hahaha fair enough mate. Yeh I guess they're just really busy. I've got mine on a 2003 Subaru Legacy Outback. I little project car of mine 🤗
The downside with that company is they require sending the original V5C instead of just scanned copy and send via email… really rude as well when I had a chat… terrible company!!!
@@eqdproductions477 they could do the same thing…. It’s a high risk for a very important document! I will tell everyone to stay away from that company as much as I can….
@@SirChiefUK ok man, they have many good reviews, and great quality plates, if you want to call the company bad because you refuse to send them the documents they require to legally produce the plate then thats ur choice mate. @@SirChiefUK I've had nothing bad happen to me, its been over a year. I'm not affiliated with them at all apart from a discount code for those interested in buying their own, I contacted them after I put them on the car. Also, I haven't had any contact with them for over a year or made any money from them. I even paid for the plates before I considered making a video, full price as well. Your reality isn't everyone elses dude, shame you had a bad experience, I hope you find some plates elsewhere that you like
Your discount code still works. Thanks!

Oh, and DM me on instagram, I'd love to see the E class!
Mines last 4 years
@@sammyg805 So far mine are holding up great, no problems whatsoever
@@eqdproductions477 hey - what double sided tape did you use please? Is there a link?
Hi, great video. Any problems with the sticky pads? The plates are still well stuck to the car? Thanks.
Cheers, yeah still holding up fine no problems so far in nearly a year and a half
Are your number plates still holding well stuck to the car?
yeah they are still doing great
They're plates are really good but I have to say their communication in terms of replying to emails and DMs is terrible.
Really? Honestly I've had the opposite when i ordered mine, make sure you give them some feedback on that because the service i got was great
@@eqdproductions477 that's what I thought. Maybe they didn't like my name lol. Or they made sure to reply to you because your an influencer.

Are this numbers readebl buy the ulez camera?
Yes
yes they are, they have to be in order to be certified by the DVLA
They look like every letter and number is a dirt trap.
honestly they arent too bad, dirt comes off them pretty easy when you clean and the build up is less than expected

they can be forged hence why you have to send the original
