    The best tutorial indeed! Though Ihave trouble with external rotation even in L sit, is it dangerous to perform this movement with internal rotation? Is it just a compensation for lack of strenght?

    I am excited to try wall V-sit. Seems really effective. But when I try L sit on my hands I always feel like my hips are not high enough. Is it a normal feeling or do I have a weak link? Can I improve it?

      Hey Victor! Start from the easiest ones and build up your level from there. Choose 3 or 4 of them which your can perform correctly and stick to them until you're able to do the next ones!

    What's the purpose of straddling the legs in the bent legs v sit?

    • @theflexibilityguy
      @theflexibilityguy  2 роки тому +1

      It demands a little bit less range of motion so it's easier to bring your legs like this.
